Glasses goggles and face xxxxxxx will be worn as per the Finning (Canada) A Division of Finning International Inc. Health and Safety Handbook. These eye protection items will be supplied by the Employer at no charge to the Employee. Prescription safety glasses will be obtained through the registered plan between Finning (Canada) A Division of Finning International Inc. and the Optometrist’s Association.

Glasses. The City shall replace any dentures or eyeglasses worn by an employee and lost or broken while performing work for the City.
Glasses. Eligibility for the receipt of a personal issue of standard safety neutral glasses is dependent on whether an Employee's work is of such a nature that the wearing of eye protection lessens the risk of injury to the eyes. Where, in the opinion of the Employer, an Employee who normally wears optical glasses at work is required to work: - i. occasionally in an eye danger area, the Employee shall be supplied for the time the Employee is engaged on such work with specially hardened neutral clip on type safety glasses to be worn over his/her normal glasses; ii. regularly in an eye danger area, the Employee shall be fitted by an optometrist with a pair of specially hardened optically correct lenses, fitted in a safety frame; Glasses issued under (i) shall be on loan to the Employee but remain the property of the Employer. Glasses issued (ii) shall become the property of the Employee. All safety glasses shall be supplied at the cost of the Employer.
Glasses. The Employer agrees to provide all full-time employees three hundred ($350.00) dollars for prescription eye wear (glasses or contact lenses) per employee per two (2) year period, provided that the employee has a doctor’s prescription. The person shall have choice of frames and glasses.
Glasses. 1. It is the policy of the City to require the use of safety glasses or other eye protection in all classifications of employment in which there is a significant threat of eye injury. This policy is in accord with the California Occupational Health Act of 1973. The Safety Officer shall reasonably determine which employees are eligible and are required to wear safety glasses. 2. For those employees, the City will pay for the cost of frames, prescription lens, and fitting or other eye protection as referenced in Section C1 above. The cost of eye examinations to obtain the prescription will be paid by the employee. The City will provide plain safety glasses to qualifying employees not requiring prescription lens. 3. Broken or badly damaged glasses will be replaced by the same method as the glasses were originally obtained. Damaged safety glasses will be required to be turned in. Lost glasses will be replaced at the expense of the employee.
Glasses. The RealD System requires circular polarized glasses, manufactured exclusively for, and distributed by, RealD, which glasses will be purchased separately by Licensee or a third party, as set forth at Section 3 of the Agreement.

Glasses. The amount of the reimbursement for nonprescription glasses shall be equal to the face amount of the receipt or One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), whichever is less. The amount of the reimbursement for prescription glasses shall be equal to the face amount of the receipt or Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00), whichever is less. Employees must present the actual receipt for the replacement glasses within 30 days of receiving the reimbursement. Failure to do so will result in employee having the reimbursement deducted from his/her paycheck.
