The months accumulated since the last date of hiring shall be credited to the employee for purposes of future salary increases. The above-mentioned salary rates shall be reviewed with the Union on an annual basis, or more frequently if required, on a consultative basis, in order to ensure that the hourly rates remain competitive.   • Recovery of Schedule Delays During Last Sixty Days of Contract Time At any time during the last sixty days of the Contract Time that the Design Professional finds that the Contractor is behind schedule per the Contract Time, as amended, the Design Professional shall notify the Contractor in writing. Within seven days of the date of the Design Professional's notice, the Contractor shall prepare and deliver to the Design Professional and Owner a written plan explaining how the Contractor intends to bring the Project back on schedule. The Contractor's plan must provide sufficient detail to allow the Design Professional and Owner to determine the proposal's feasibility.

  • Approved Leave of Absence With Pay During Vacation When an employee is qualified for bereavement leave, sick leave or any other approved leave with pay during her vacation period, there shall be no deduction from the vacation credits for such leave. In the case of sick leave, this section shall only apply when the period of illness or injury is in excess of two (2) days and a note from a physician may be required. The period of vacation so displaced shall be taken at a mutually agreed time. An employee intending to claim displaced vacation leave must advise the Employer and provide necessary documentation within seven (7) days of returning to work.

  • 213 Periodic Payment Schedule Pur- chaser shall make periodic payments for stumpage value, as shown in A19. In the event Purchaser has not paid the amount(s) stated in A19 as stumpage for volume removed by the periodic payment determination date(s), Forest Service shall issue a bill for collection for the difference between the required amount and payments made by Purchaser.
