Additional Rules An Excess Amount or suspense account described in Part 2 of Article III does not share in the allocation of net income, gain or loss described in this Section 9.11. If the Employer maintains its Plan under a Code Section 401(k) Adoption Agreement, the Employer may specify in its Adoption Agreement alternate valuation provisions authorized by that Adoption Agreement. This Section 9.11 applies solely to the allocation of net income, gain or loss of the Trust. Contractor Employee Conduct The Contractor’s employees shall adhere to the standards of conduct prescribed in the Customer’s personnel policy and procedure guidelines, particularly rules of conduct, security procedures, and any other applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Customer. The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor’s employees wear attire suitable for the position, either a standard uniform or business casual dress.
