Holiday Falling on Day of Rest. (a) When a paid holiday falls on an employee's day of rest, the employee shall be entitled to a day off with pay in lieu. The scheduling of such lieu day shall be subject to Clause 14.10.
Holiday Falling on Day of Rest. When a day designated as a holiday coincides with an employee’s day of rest, the Employer shall grant the holiday, with pay, the working day immediately prior to or following the affected day of rest.
Holiday Falling on Day of Rest. When a public holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday another day off with pay shall be granted in lieu of the holiday. It may be scheduled to run continuously with the employee's regular days off. The day off in lieu shall be treated as a public holiday for the purpose of this Agreement as it applies to that employee.
