When the Employee is required to work on any one (1) of the above noted twelve (12) days, she shall be paid in addition to her regular rate of pay, her regular day’s money. It is also agreed that by mutual consent in case of Beverage Service and Beverage Production employees, Statutory Holidays may be exchanged in lieu of enforced closures of the department, as required by law. In the event of a holiday, as specified in this Article, falling within an employee’s vacation period, the Employer has the choice of either:
