Hours Schedule. (a) Although most District employees will work a Monday through Friday schedule, the very nature and function of the District requires certain individuals to work unusual hours and work weeks. The District shall post work schedules showing the employee's shift, work days and hours at least 7 calendar days prior to the work period covered. The schedule shall cover a minimum of 1 week. In the event there is a need to change the schedule, the District shall notify the employee of the change as soon as possible but no later than 20 hours in advance of the change. Overtime assignments shall not be considered a schedule change. (b) Employees scheduled for District required training outside their regularly scheduled shift will have their work schedule changed to accommodate the training hours.

  • Wage Schedule ‌ The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022.

  • Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.

  • PROGRESS SCHEDULE The Contractor, within ten (10) working days of receiving notice of the award of the contract, shall prepare and submit for the State's and Architect's information an estimated progress schedule for the Work.   • Schedule The Work shall be performed as expeditiously as possible in conformity with the schedule requirements contained herein and in the Statement of Work. The draft and final versions of all deliverables shall be submitted by the dates specified in the Exhibit A Schedule and Project Period noted in Item No. 7 of this Agreement.   • Pay Schedule 50.01 The regularly scheduled pay day shall be bi-weekly, every other Friday. Pay shall be by direct deposit to the employee’s financial institute as on record with the Employer, with an electronic pay statement issued to the employee on or before the pay date. 50.02 The employee’s pay stub shall be delivered to the employee’s workplace and distributed to the employee on or before the specified pay date. 50.03 Employees shall be paid in accordance with Schedule “A” of this agreement.

  • Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.

  • Work Schedule (A) Where an employee has an established schedule, a change in workdays or shifts will be posted no less than 14 calendar days in advance and will reflect at least a two workweek schedule; however, the state will make a good faith effort to reflect a one month schedule. (B) In the event of a declared emergency the notice requirement of this Section may be void. (C) The state will continue to observe the scheduling structures currently in place at each agency and agrees to bargain any change in the overall practice of how schedules are established.
