HSA Debit Card. If you will be using your debit card to access a Health Savings Account (HSA), portions of this Agreement governed by Regulation E will not apply. A HSA account is defined by the IRS as a trust account, and therefore is not covered under Reg E. But portions of this Agreement such as Visa “0” liability for unauthorized use for example, do apply. Funds to cover your card purchases will be deducted from your checking account. You may use your card and personal identification number (PIN) in ATMs of the Credit Union, Pulse and Cirrus networks, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate.

HSA Debit Card. You may use your Health Savings Account (HSA) Debit Card only for normal distributions (i.e., distributions to pay for qualified medical expenses at any establishment). We may limit the amount of your purchases to the amount that is available in your account at the time of purchase. We will report to the IRS all distributions made via the debit card as a normal distribution. It is your responsibility to ensure that funds are used only for qualified medical expenses as stated in your HSA Custodial Account Agreement. The HSA Debit Card permits withdrawals from the ATM to reimburse yourself for expenses you paid out-of-pocket. You agree to pay all transactions to your Checking Account that are made by you or anyone whom you authorize to use your HSA Debit Card. The HSA does not have overdraft features. Should you overdraw your account, you will be subject to fees as noted in the Fee Schedule.

However, provisions of this Agreement relating only to Visa debit transactions, such as additional limits on your liability and streamlined error resolution procedures, do not apply to transactions processed through non-Visa networks. To initiate a Visa debit transaction, you may sign a receipt, provide a card number, or swipe or insert your card at a point-of-sale (POS) terminal and choose to route the transaction over a Visa network.

To initiate a Visa or MasterCard Debit transaction, you may sign a receipt, provide a card number or swipe your card through a point-of-sale (POS) terminal and choose to route the transaction over a Visa or MasterCard network. Please refer to the Member Liability section of this Agreement for terms and conditions. At the present time, you may also use your card to: • Make deposits to your health savings checking account. • Withdraw funds from your health savings checking account. • Transfer funds from your health savings checking account. • Obtain balance information from your health savings checking account. • Make a point-of-sale (POS) transactions with your card and personal identification number (PIN) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept MasterCard. • Order goods or services by mail or telephone from places that accept Mastercard. The following limitations on HSA Debit Card transactions: • There is no limit on the number of HSA Debit Card purchases you make per day. • Purchase amounts are limited to the amount in your account. • You may purchase up to a maximum of $1500 per day. • There is no limit in the number of POS transactions you may make in any one (1) day. • You may transfer up to the available amount at the time of the transfer. • See Transfer Limitation section for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.

  • PROCUREMENT CARD The State has entered into an agreement for purchasing card services. The Purchasing Card enables Authorized Users to make authorized purchases directly from a Contractor without processing Purchase Orders or Purchase Authorizations. Purchasing Cards are issued to selected employees authorized to purchase for the Authorized User and having direct contact with Contractors. Cardholders can make purchases directly from any Contractor that accepts the Purchasing Card. The Contractor shall not process a transaction for payment through the credit card clearinghouse until the purchased Products have been shipped or services performed. Unless the cardholder requests correction or replacement of a defective or faulty Product in accordance with other Contract requirements, the Contractor shall immediately credit a cardholder’s account for Products returned as defective or faulty.

  • Customer Accounts The Bank agrees to establish and maintain the following accounts (“Accounts”): (a) A custody account in the name of the Customer (“Custody Account”) for any and all stocks, shares, bonds, debentures, notes, mortgages or other obligations for the payment of money, bullion, coin and any certificates, receipts, warrants or other instruments representing rights to receive, purchase or subscribe for the same or evidencing or representing any other rights or interests therein and other similar property whether certificated or uncertificated as may be received by the Bank or its Subcustodian (as defined in Section 3) for the account of the Customer (“Securities”); and (b) A deposit account in the name of the Customer (“Deposit Account”) for any and all cash in any currency received by the Bank or its Subcustodian for the account of the Customer, which cash shall not be subject to withdrawal by draft or check. The Customer warrants its authority to: 1) deposit the cash and Securities (“Assets”) received in the Accounts and 2) give Instructions (as defined in Section 11) concerning the Accounts. The Bank may deliver securities of the same class in place of those deposited in the Custody Account. Upon written agreement between the Bank and the Customer, additional Accounts may be established and separately accounted for as additional Accounts under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Report Cards At the conclusion of each quarter, MATC shall provide pupil performance data to MPS.

  • Direct Debit (PRE-BILLING). (a) The Borrower agrees that the Bank will debit the Borrower's deposit account number 12331-16650, or such other of the Borrower's accounts with the Bank as designated in writing by the Borrower (the "Designated Account") on the date each payment of principal and interest and any fees from the Borrower becomes due (the "Due Date"). If the Due Date is not a banking day, the Designated Account will be debited on the next banking day. (b) Approximately 10 days prior to each Due Date, the Bank will mail to the Borrower a statement of the amounts that will be due on that Due Date (the "Billed Amount"). The calculation will be made on the assumption that no new extensions of credit or payments will be made between the date of the billing statement and the Due Date, and that there will be no changes in the applicable interest rate. (c) The Bank will debit the Designated Account for the Billed Amount, regardless of the actual amount due on that date (the "Accrued Amount"). If the Billed Amount debited to the Designated Account differs from the Accrued Amount, the discrepancy will be treated as follows: (i) If the Billed Amount is less than the Accrued Amount, the Billed Amount for the following Due Date will be increased by the amount of the discrepancy. The Borrower will not be in default by reason of any such discrepancy. (ii) If the Billed Amount is more than the Accrued Amount, the Billed Amount for the following Due Date will be decreased by the amount of the discrepancy. Regardless of any such discrepancy, interest will continue to accrue based on the actual amount of principal outstanding without compounding. The Bank will not pay the Borrower interest on any overpayment. (d) The Borrower will maintain sufficient funds in the Designated Account to cover each debit. If there are insufficient funds in the Designated Account on the date the Bank enters any debit authorized by this Agreement, the debit will be reversed.

  • Lockbox Account Each Obligor has been, or will be, directed to make all payments on their related Receivable to the Lockbox Processor for deposit into the Lockbox Account.

  • Credit Card Agreements Each Borrower and Guarantor shall (a) observe and perform all material terms, covenants, conditions and provisions of the Credit Card Agreements to be observed and performed by it at the times set forth therein; (b) not do, permit, suffer or refrain from doing anything, as a result of which there could be a default under or breach of any of the terms of any of the Credit Card Agreements and at all times maintain in full force and effect the Credit Card Agreements and not terminate, cancel, surrender, modify, amend, waive or release any of the Credit Card Agreements, or consent to or permit to occur any of the foregoing; except, that, any Borrower or Guarantor may terminate or cancel any of the Credit Card Agreements in the ordinary course of the business of such Borrower or Guarantor; provided, that, such Borrower or Guarantor shall give Agent not less than ten (10) Business Days prior written notice of its intention to so terminate or cancel any of the Credit Card Agreements; (c) not enter into any new Credit Card Agreements with any new Credit Card Issuer unless Agent shall have received not less than ten (10) Business Days prior written notice of the intention of such Borrower or Guarantor to enter into such agreement (together with such other information with respect thereto as Agent may request) and such Borrower or Guarantor delivers, or causes to be delivered to Agent, a Credit Card Acknowledgment in favor of Agent; (d) give Agent immediate written notice of any Credit Card Agreement entered into by such Borrower or Guarantor after the date hereof, together with a true, correct and complete copy thereof and such other information with respect thereto as Agent may reasonably request; (e) furnish to Agent, promptly upon the request of Agent, such information and evidence as Agent may require from time to time concerning the observance, performance and compliance by such Borrower or Guarantor or the other party or parties thereto with the terms, covenants or provisions of the Credit Card Agreements; and (f) not modify any instructions given by Agent to any Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor provided for in any Credit Card Acknowledgement or otherwise direct the remittance of payments under any Credit Card Agreement to any account other than the Blocked Account.
