Individual Vacation Days. Full-time nurses will be granted single vacation days or multiples thereof upon request to a maximum total of five (5) days per year, provided the employer agrees to the request.
Individual Vacation Days. Employees will have the opportunity to schedule up to one week of annual vacation as individual days prior to March 01. Individual days will be scheduled in order of seniority, once all employees within the work group have had an opportunity to schedule full week blocks. Employees who wish to schedule additional individual days after March 01 will do so on a first-come, first-served basis.
Individual Vacation Days. With the express permission of his or her supervisor, Clerical Employees, Traffic Checkers, Station Clerks and Fare Inspectors may be permitted to take two (2) weeks of their earned vacation one day at a time. This time may be taken in four (4) hour increments.
Individual Vacation Days. The scheduling of individual days off for vacation time shall be done in accordance with the practice of each individual branch or department prior to the first certification date of July 4 1988.
Individual Vacation Days. A Bargaining Unit member, upon request to the immediate supervisor, may elect to use his vacation hours in a minimum of one (1) hour blocks. The discretion of the supervisor will determine the adequate staffing for the efficiency of the shift’s operations. Xxxx requests will not be unreasonably denied.
Individual Vacation Days. Employees who have vacation entitlement in excess of two (2) weeks and who have scheduled to take their two (2) week entitlement in segments of at least one (1) week duration may take the balance of their vacation in single days, subject to the following:
a. The number of individual vacation days available to an employee shall be the regular number of shifts she works per week.
b. Individual vacation days may only be requested and granted outside of the vacation scheduling exercise outlined in Article 16.01, and after the vacation scheduling contemplated there is complete.
c. Casual employees may not request individual vacation days.
d. Individual vacation day requests must be submitted before the work schedule in which that vacation day will fall is posted.
Individual Vacation Days. During the negotiations, the Company and the Union dis- cussed the desire of Woodbridge Foam employees to be able to use a portion of their vacation on an individual day basis, rather than only on a full week basis. This will be administered under the following terms;
Individual Vacation Days. Employees who are entitled to four (4) weeks of vacation or more, will have the option of taking one (1) week of their vacation in the form of individual days off, such individual days off not to be taken during the months of June, July and/or August. The scheduling of such days off shall be with the mutual agreement of the Employer and will not unduly affect the operation of the Home. It is agreed that an employee must submit requests for individual days off at least one (1) week in advance of a posted schedule and that if more than one (1) employee requests the same day off, and the Employer cannot accommodate all requests, it shall be allocated by seniority. Employees shall indicate their intent to use individual days by December 31st of each year for the following vacation year. For clarity, the employee only has to indicate whether she/he wishes to use individual days and not the particular days. Pay for each individual day of vacation will be prorated so that the total for the individual days will be the same as the amount the employees would have received for one (1) week of vacation taken in continuous days. Vacation pay for individual days of vacation will not be issued separately.

b. Individual vacation days may only be requested and granted in accordance with Article 17.03.
c. Casual employees may not request individual vacation days.
d. Individual vacation day requests must be submitted before the work schedule in which that vacation day will fall is posted.
