International Usage. 9.1. Roaming fees may apply to incoming and outgoing calls, internet use, text messages, MMS, and e-mail push when located outside Germany. Before making or using international connections, internet, text messages, MMS, video phoning, and Blackberry refer to the separate cost information sheets that can be obtained from TKS (xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx).
International Usage. Your Device may be set to operate both domestically and may also operate internationally. However, you will be charged additional fees if the Device is in another country other than the United States and is utilized. The rate on these fees shall be the actual cost of international roaming charges plus a 40% administration fee. These rates will be charged for any month in which there is any international usage, no matter if the usage was less than an actual month.
International Usage. 1. The Cardholder shall ensure adherence to all requirements of the Exchange Control Regulations, Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) 1999 and all amendments thereto and all the rules and regulations, notifications issued under the same with regard to foreign exchange entitlements as stipulated by RBI from time to time. In the event of non- compliance by the cardholder with the same, the Cardholder shall be liable for action under the FEMA and any other law, regulation in force from time to time relating to Foreign Exchange. The Cardholder may be debarred from holding the internationally valid Debit Card, either at the instance of the Bank or RBI.
International Usage. The Valley Fiber system has been designed to support installation and use in CanadaWe currently only provide Canadian phone numbers and cannot guarantee installation, performance, or use of Valley fiber Equipment and Service outside Canada. If you choose to install and use the Valley Fiber system outside of Canada, you will be solely responsible for any violation of any export laws, tax laws, tariff agreements, Canadian or foreign regulatory rules, Canadian or local laws, or violation of your High-Speed Internet provider’s terms of service. You will also be accountable for payment of any taxes, fees, penalties, and/or surcharges associated with use of the Valley Fiber system outside of Canada. Valley Fiber reserves the right to suspend Service to any non-Canadian based system at any time.
International Usage. The Platform and our services are controlled and offered by us from our facilities in the United States of America. We make no representations that our services and the Platform are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the Platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law. It is the express wish of the parties that this Agreement and all related documents have been drawn up in English. International Usage. We provide the Service and Equipment to you for use of the Service within the United States and Canada, which may include placing calls to other countries. If you take or send the Equipment to a country other than the US or Canada or you use our Service in conjunction with a SoftPhone application running on a computer outside the US or Canada and the Service is used by you or another party from there, you/they do so at your/their own risk, including the risk that such activity violates local laws in the country where you/they do so. You are liable for any and all use of the Service and/or Device by any person making use of the Service or Device provided to you by us.
International Usage. 8.1 With the TKS 3G Service is EU Roaming included. Free minutes, free text messages and high-speed MB of your national tariff can also be used in other EU countries without additional costs. For the usage after exceeding or outside included budgets the same conditions as for the usage within Germany apply. The use of your tariff without additional costs applies only for temporary trips in the EU-countries. Accord- ing to the valid specifications of the EU-Roaming regulation is TKS entitled to charge regulated surcharges per service, after the customer has been registered during a continuous period of four months for more days in a foreign EU network than in the German Vodafone network and if the major part of the usage took place in an EU foreign country. The sur- charges are currently 3.8 Euro cents per min for an outgoing call and 1.28 Euro cents for an incoming call, 1.19 Euro cents per text, and 9.16 Euro per GB for surfing. A notifica- tion will be sent via text to the customer at least two weeks before the surcharges are collected. Within these two weeks the customer has the opportunity to adjust the usage behav- ior according to the above criteria in order to prevent being charged the surcharges.
International Usage. Customer acknowledges that its use of the Connectweb Outsourcing System allows access to Content originating from other customers, ICP’s and third parties located in countries other than the United States. Customer agrees that its access to and use of such Content may be governed (in addition to this Agreement and the Rules) by separate terms and operating policies which conform to appropriate and applicable national laws and customs.
International Usage. The Ooma system has been designed to support installation and use in the U.S. with a U.S. High-Speed Internet service provider. We currently only provide U.S. phone numbers and cannot guarantee installation, performance, or use of Ooma Equipment and Service outside the U.S. If you choose to install and use the Ooma system outside of the United States, you will be solely responsible for any violation of any export laws, tax laws, tariff agreements, U.S. or foreign regulatory rules, U.S. or local laws, or violation of your high-speed internet provider's terms of service. You will also be accountable for payment of any taxes, fees, penalties, and/or surcharges associated with use of the Ooma system outside of the United States. Ooma reserves the right to suspend Service to any non-U.S. based system at any time.
International Usage. You can use your CREDO device to make calls from the U.S. to international numbers. View rates from the U.S. to international numbers at XXXXXxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxx. You can also use your CREDO device to make calls while traveling abroad in select countries. Your device type will determine your ability to use CREDO service while traveling abroad. View these rates online at XXXXXxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxx. To prevent unexpected international charges while traveling abroad, it’s advisable to keep your device turned off or in airplane mode when not in use. High international usage may result in your account being suspended while traveling.
