Involuntary Reassignment or Transfer. (A) Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to prevent an agency, at its discretion, from effecting the involuntary reassignment or transfer of an employee according to the needs of the agency.

Involuntary Reassignment or Transfer. Shall be made after a meeting between the employee involved and their immediate supervisor, at which time the employee shall be notified of the reason for the reassignment or transfer. The employee involved shall have the right of Union representation for any such meeting. When an employee is transferred to a lesser position, he/she will not be required to serve a probationary period, provided that he/she has completed a probationary period in their former position.

  • Assignment or Transfer Consultant shall not assign, hypothecate, or transfer, either directly or by operation of law, this Agreement or any interest herein without the prior written consent of the City. Any attempt to do so shall be null and void, and any assignees, hypothecates or transferees shall acquire no right or interest by reason of such attempted assignment, hypothecation or transfer.

  • SUBLETTING, ASSIGNMENT OR TRANSFER The Provider shall not sublet, sell, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of this Contract or any portion thereof, or of its right, title or interest therein, without written request to and written consent of the Contract Administrator.
