Joint Consultative Committee Terms of Reference. ‌ The purpose of the Joint Consultative Committee and the Local Consultative Committees is to provide a regular and effective means of consultation, information sharing, joint discussion and agreement in pursuance of this partnership agreement. • To meet bi-monthly, face to face. • To be chaired alternately by the Chief Executive and Staffside Chair or their deputies. • A maximum of seventeen named staff representatives (or their deputies) and eight named Trust representatives (or their deputies) to attend along with the JCC secretary. All others to attend by invitation. For voting purposes the representatives for both staffside and the Trust would need to be equal. • JCC meeting will be quorate provided that there are no less than 8 members comprising of a minimum of 4 staffside representatives from a minimum of three different trade unions and 4 Trust representatives present. • Named members (or their deputies) are expected to attend at least three quarters of the scheduled meetings. • To be a forum for the sharing of information about national, regional and/or TEWV-wide employment policy and/or practice developments and/or initiatives that may impact upon the Trust, e.g. Commissioning arrangements/demands, Investors in People activities, CQC workforce standards, new/revised employment legislation, new national agreements, Trust -wide organisational change, the annual Trust Business Plan, national reports that have workforce implications for the Trust. • To be a forum for the gathering of views about proposed TEWV-wide employment policies and policy revisions that are the subject of consultation. • To be a forum within which training concerning key employee relations matters can be identified and provided. • To identify, discuss and reach Trust -wide agreements about those matters that require negotiation, either directly by the JCC or via an agreed, time limited, subject specific negotiation task and finish group (membership to be agreed by Executive Directors Group for Trust representatives and Staff Side Committee for staff representatives), and to be the forum within which reviews of local agreements take place. • To receive, for information and comment, regular written summaries of key Local Consultative Committee (LCC) issues to help ensure consistency of understanding about locality matters (including Corporate Services). • To consider and act upon, or respond to, any outstanding LCC issues that are unresolved and reported to the JCC. • To have ac...

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • SERVICE REQUIREMENTS FOR REFERRED CLIENTS A. Agent agrees to respond to any communications from a Referred Client within two (2) hours after receipt if such communication is received between 9:00am to 5:00pm local time. For communications received outside of these hours, Agent agrees to respond by 10:00am the next day.

  • SERVICE LEVELS All service level requirements will be set forth in Exhibit A (“XXXX.xxx Referral Service Level Requirements”). Recipient Xxxxxx agrees to adhere, and encourage Recipient Agent’s adherence, with the version of the XXXX.xxx Referral Service Level Requirements in effect at the time XXXX.xxx identifies the Referral to Recipient Broker/Agent.

  • USE OF REFERRAL INFORMATION Recipient Broker/Agent shall use Referral information provided by XXXX.xxx for the sole purpose of providing real estate services. Recipient Broker/Agent agrees that any Referral e-mail and/or other contact information will not be added to any telemarketing or email distribution lists or provided to a third party without the written consent of the Referred Client.

  • GUARANTEED DISPLAY REFERRAL FEE WAIVERS XXXX.xxx offers a paid featured agent program referred to as “Guaranteed Display.” This paid product provides the following Referral Fee benefits to the Recipient Broker/Agent: • If a closing results from a lead originated during the time, and in the zip code, that the Recipient Broker/Agent was an active Guaranteed Display sponsor, the referral fee will be discounted from the standard 35% to 30%. • If a closing results from a lead originated during the time, and in the zip code, that the Recipient Broker/Agent was an active Guaranteed Display sponsor, and if XXXX.xxx was not responsible for brokering an appointment between the Referred Client and the Recipient Broker/ Agent, the referral fee will be waived entirely to 0%. To qualify for this Referral Fee waiver, Recipient Broker/Agent must update the Referral Status in the XXXX.xxx Agent Portal (xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxx.xxx) to reflect the property has been listed prior to XXXX.xxx indicating that an appointment has been set.

  • GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE 7.01 For purposes of this Agreement, a grievance is defined as a difference arising between the parties relating to the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the Agreement including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable.

  • Scope of Work For the 2022/2023 Grant Period, the Provider will maintain a victim services program that will be available to provide direct services to victims of crime who are identified by the Provider or are presented to the Provider, as specified in the Provider’s 2022/2023 Grant Application as approved by the OAG and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Mediation In the event of any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement, before either party may initiate arbitration pursuant to Section 5.2 below, ICANN and Registry Operator must attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

  • Dispute Resolution All or any disputes arising out or touching upon or in relation to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the interpretation and validity of the terms thereof and the respective rights and obligations of the Parties, shall be settled amicably by mutual discussion, failing which the same shall be settled through the adjudicating officer appointed under the Act.

  • Termination for Convenience TIPS may, by written notice to Vendor, terminate this Agreement for convenience, in whole or in part, at any time by giving thirty (30) days’ written notice to Vendor of such termination, and specifying the effective date thereof.
