Lead Generation. Agent or Agency, when performing lead generating activities shall inform the Beneficiary that the Beneficiary’s information will be provided to a licensed agent for future contact, or that the Beneficiary is being transferred to a licensed agent who can enroll him or her into a new plan.
Lead Generation. If a lead generation component is part of the program, then subject to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement and applicable privacy laws, GlobalSpec will at a mutually agreed upon time deliver to Client, or provide Client with access to, information of each person who has signed up for a Client asset, including but not limited to on-demand Webinars and whitepapers, for applicable program components (“Lead(s)” and, collectively, the “Lead List”). For clarity, Client shall only receive the Lead List and does not, and will not, receive a copy of the program registration list or any registration list for a Website that may be a portion of the program. Unless otherwise specified herein, such Contacts with respect to any Webcasts or other online video or audio broadcasts shall include both live and on-demand Leads. Client represents and warrants to GlobalSpec that it will not sell or otherwise provide the Lead List, in whole or in part, to any third party, but instead shall use the Lead List solely for Client's own educational and self-promotional purposes; provided that such permitted use shall include Client's use of third-party marketing companies or other agents to accomplish such purposes as long as those companies agree to use the Lead List solely for the benefit of Client. Notwithstanding the foregoing, once Client has established its own independent business relationship with the persons on the Lead List in accordance with applicable privacy laws concerning products/services that are not jointly produced/presented with GlobalSpec, Client may use the information contained on the Lead List; provided that Client may not identify GlobalSpec as the source of such information.
Lead Generation i) MediaComm will undertake an intensive lead generation campaign via direct phone contacting, direct mailing, direct e-mailing and by establishing relationships with appropriate professional organizations, to locate, screen and enroll suitable credit and collections professionals to participate in the Company's network. MediaComm will also develop a database, meeting the Company's specifications, to accommodate necessary information regarding collections professionals contacted and enrolled in the Company's network. All services rendered by MediaComm shall be performed subject to the supervision and direction of the Company Board of Directors. All services shall be rendered to the Company by MediaComm as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the Company.
Lead Generation. The first stage of the Discovery Optimization Program will generate Active Compounds from the Compass Array Library as described above. The objective of the first stage is to identify novel chemotypes within the ArQule Compound repository. The ability to prioritize Active Compounds from the Compass Array Library[*****].

We may solicit “Leads” by any means whatsoever, including but not limited to our website, direct mail or catalogs, media advertising, and displays at trade shows or other existing businesses within the Territory. “Lead” means the name, address and telephone number of any prospective customer for pipe lining and maintenance services to be performed at a location in the Territory. We have the right to negotiate and enter into arrangements for local, regional and national Lead-generation programs upon such terms and conditions as we deem appropriate. Unless the prospective customer requests referral to a specific CuraFlo Business, we will refer the Lead to you if the job would be performed in your Territory. We may require you to use a lead tracking and customer manager program in order to receive and/or manage your Leads. If you are unable to service the Lead within a reasonable time, as provided for in our Manuals, we have the right to refer the Lead to another CuraFlo Business.

During the Transition Period and as more specifically provided in the Transition Services Agreement, Sellers shall, or shall direct their Affiliates or Representatives to: (i) maintain and operate the txxxx.xxx website accessible to those states where the Leased Locations are located in substantially the same manner that the website is immediately prior to the Closing Date; and (ii) at Buyer’s request, support Buyer in developing an approach for digital marketing tactics for the txxxx.xxx website for the states where the Leased Locations are located, provided, that the Buyer shall be responsible for the expenses related to clause (ii) above and any other amounts specifically provided for under the Transition Services Agreement. During the Transition Period, leads from the txxxx.xxx website in those states where the Leased Locations are located shall be provided by Sellers and/or their Affiliates to the Leased Locations in substantially the same manner and under the same conditions as they are provided immediately prior to the Closing Date; provided that Policies bound directly on the txxxx.xxx website shall not be considered leads for purposes of this Section 4.15. During the Transition Period, leads from the 1-800-TitanUp toll-free number in those states where the Leased Locations are located shall be provided by Sellers and/or their Affiliates to the Leased Locations in substantially the same manner and under the same conditions as they are provided immediately prior to the Closing.

Lead Generation. Dxxx will provide ideas on entry points to potential client relationships based upon his extensive contacts and knowledge of opportunities in the manufacturing arena. When appropriate, Dxxx will provide contacts information that Pelion will treat with great respect.
