Locksmith Services. The PMSA shall provide a locksmith to repair, replace, overhaul, modify, test and install a variety of locking devices typically found on doors, windows, built-in safes/vaults, storage and other real property components; and shall be certified with knowledge on operation, maintenance, repair, and functional characteristics of locking devices, duplication of keys, resetting safe and cipher combinations, neutralizing lockouts and a variety of installations and repairs. The locksmith shall be bonded, and as a minimum, shall be cleared through a local “National Agency Check” process as required by DOD Policy - NAVFAC ESC-UG- 2040-SHR. Clearance processing shall be performed through the local U.S. Army Xxxxxxxx Physical Security Agency. In addition, the PMSA and locksmith shall adhere to the installation’s Physical Security Standard Operating Procedure, POM 190-13, paragraph 7. Policies will be made available to the PMSA, and must be easily- accessible in the work place. The locksmith may perform his/her maintenance and operations in Building 271, Presidio of Monterey.
Locksmith Services. 5.13.1 The premises of the Customer incorporate ironmongery which will require specialist locksmith services with respect to their continued use. The Contractor shall ensure that notification of a requirement for locksmith services in any morning period will be satisfied that day and similarly any afternoon notification will be satisfied next morning. The Contractor shall demonstrate through the appropriate level of security clearance, as specified by the Customer, that any personnel involved in these services are appropriate to the operating environment. All signage shall be clean and clearly readable up to an acceptable distance. External signage should not show signs of discolouration due to mould or verdi gris or like deposits. Locksmith Services. The Contractor shall provide locksmith services to ensure locks are repaired or replaced as necessary and spare keys/key replacements are provided as necessary. The Contractor shall provide locksmith services to include the repair/replacement, installation of locks and key cutting. The Contractor shall have full responsibility for maintenance and repair of locks and for replacement of a defective unit if unable to be repaired within two hours. Changing of combinations will be performed by the Government. If the Government identifies a problem or a need for repair, the Government will contact the Contractor. Service orders will not be issued for locksmith services. Informational Note: It is estimated there will be 36 repairs/replacements to cipher locks annually at Jebel Ali. It is estimated that there will be 2 repairs/replacements to cipher locks and up to 100 spare keys/key replacements annually at Sas Al Nahkl. Locks are repaired/ replaced as required.   • Security Services CONTRACTOR shall provide security services designed for preventing escapes, maintaining order, providing care, custody, control, supervision and management of the inmate population. A successful security program depends heavily on staff training, effective administration, and the establishment of inmate programs. The organization, staffing, and administration of the security program are vital to the Facility. The direction provided by a well-organized and clearly articulated operations manual, and emergency planning provides a solid base for successful administration. The final operations manual shall be submitted to the Bureau prior to the Service Commencement Date and shall be reviewed annually and updated as needed. Documentation of the review shall be provided annually to the On- Site Contract Monitor. Changes to the plan require written permission by the Contract Manager. The Department reserves the right to require changes to plans submitted to the Bureau.

  • Provider Services The Contractor’s system shall collect, process, and maintain current and historical data on program providers. This information shall be accessible to all parts of the MCMIS for editing and reporting.
