Long Service Vacation Leave Benefits. (a) On the date a regular employee completes the qualifying period of continuous service with the Yukon Government as set out below, he/she shall be entitled to five (5) days of additional vacation leave in the period prior to the next qualifying period.

In order to ensure employees are aware of and have the opportunity to use their full entitlement to this benefit, the employer commits to provide quarterly leave benefit statements for each employee.
