LOYALTY AND EFFICIENCY. Employees of the Company, members of the Brotherhood, agree that they will perform loyal and efficient work and service; that they will use their influence and best endeavors to protect the property of the Company and its interests; and that they will cooperate with the Company in promoting and advancing its welfare and prosperity.

LOYALTY AND EFFICIENCY. 10. Employees of the Company, members of the Union, agree that they will perform loyal and efficient work and service; that they will use their influence and best endeavors to protect the property of the Company and its interest; and, that they will cooperate with Management in promoting and advancing the welfare and prosperity of same at all times. No employee of the Company shall at any time be discriminated against because of membership or non- membership in the Union.
LOYALTY AND EFFICIENCY. The Union agrees that it will take every reasonable means which are within its powers to induce employees who are members of the Union, and subject to its discipline, to individually and collectively perform loyal and efficient service and to use their influence and best efforts to protect the properties of the Company and its interest and cooperate with the Company and its employees to this end at all times; to deal with the public in a courteous manner at all times; to cooperate in influencing and encouraging employees to make themselves available for work during emergencies. Officers of the Company and the Union and its members shall in all matters pertaining to this Agreement take into consideration that the Company is a public service corporation and that the safety and goodwill of the general public, including the customers of the Company and the continuity of service to them, are of primary importance.
LOYALTY AND EFFICIENCY. The Union and the employees represented by the Union agree that they will continue to perform loyal and efficient service and work; that they will use their influence and best endeavors to promote the Authority’s product and service, and to protect the property of the Authority and its interest; that they will cooperate with the Authority in promoting and advancing the welfare and prosperity of the Authority at all times. This provision shall not be interpreted to prohibit or infringe upon any employees right to free speech.
LOYALTY AND EFFICIENCY. (A) It is the policy of the Union to encourage all members and other employees to render loyal and efficient service to the Company. The Union will take proper measures that are within its authority to see that this policy is followed by the membership. The Union recognizes that as a public utility it is of great importance for the Company to have good public relations and will continue to encourage and influence Union members to make themselves available for emergency work and at all times deal with the public in a courteous manner. Officers of the Company and the Union and its members shall in all matters pertaining to this agreement take into consideration that the Company is a public service corporation and that the safety and good will of the general public, including the customers of the Company, and the continuity of service to them are of primary importance. The Union is contracted to do all overtime work in the same manner as straight time work. An employee is required to work overtime hours when requested unless he has a justifiable reason to excuse himself from doing so.
LOYALTY AND EFFICIENCY. (a) The Union agrees that its members who are employees of the Cooperative will individually and collectively perform loyal and efficient services: that they will use their influence and best efforts to protect the Cooperative, and will cooperate with the Cooperative to this end at all times by making out daily report sheets of activities.

  • GAG AND EAG 4.1 The Secretary of State agrees to pay GAG and EAG to the Company in relation to the Academy in accordance with the Master Agreement.

  • POSITIONS OF SPECIAL RESPONSIBILITY 1. The Board, in consultation and agreement with the Union, will draw up job descriptions for all Positions of Special Responsibility, including, but not limited to, Head Teachers, Department Heads, Helping Teachers and Teachers in Charge. These descriptions shall be recognized as the job descriptions for such positions.

  • Open and Transparent Consistent with ICANN’s expressed mission and core values, ICANN shall operate in an open and transparent manner.

  • Supervision and Evaluation The Dutch educational institution and the internship employer will both appoint internship supervisors who will be responsible for supervising the intern. If problems arise, the two internship supervisors will contact each other. There will be an interim evaluation and a final evaluation. The parties will agree on what shape these evaluations will take. At the end of the internship, the Dutch educational institution will require a report from the intern. The requirements of the report will be known by the student before the internship begins. The internship employer will be presented with a copy of this report. The internship employer will present the intern with an evaluation of his/her internship.

  • Education and Training The foundation of this Program is education and voluntary compliance. It is recognized that alcohol and chemical dependency may make voluntary cessation of use difficult, and one of the Program’s principal aims is to make voluntary steps toward ending substance abuse easily available. The outside contractor shall review and develop on-going educational and training information on the adverse consequences of substance abuse and the responsibility to avoid being under the influence of alcohol or chemicals at work. Certain training required by the DOT Regulations shall be the responsibility of the Substance Abuse Program.

  • Responsibilities of Both Parties 61.4.1 The Parties shall jointly coordinate the provisioning of transport capacity sufficient to route originating 911 calls from Carrier to the designated CenturyLink 911 Selective Router(s).

  • Monitoring and Evaluation a. The AGENCY shall expeditiously provide to the COUNTY upon request, all data needed for the purpose of monitoring, evaluating and/or auditing the program(s). This data shall include, but not be limited to, clients served, services provided, outcomes achieved, information on materials and services delivered, and any other data required, in the sole discretion of the COUNTY, that may be required to adequately monitor and evaluate the services provided under this Contract. Monitoring shall be performed in accordance with COUNTY’S established Noncompliance Standards, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Attachment “C”.
