Maintenance Duties. Perform the following duties to maintain a healthy and safe aquatic environment: a) Measure the chlorine and PH levels, pool clarity, and bather load prior to the beginning of aquatic service and at least after every four (4) hours of service and at the end of each day. These measurements shall be recorded in the pool log and kept on file in the pool office. b) Use the City-provided cleaning equipment, such as the pool net, to extract larger debris from the pool surface and gutters daily. c) Perform basic facility inspections to include safety, rescue and first aid equipment daily. d) Clean and organize the pool deck, including picking up trash and debris throughout the day. e) Clean and stock the restrooms throughout the day. f) Empty all facility trash cans at the end of each day and place in the designated area for collection by Rio Vista.

Maintenance Duties. For so long as Customer is current in the payment of all Partner Fees, Denodo shall provide Maintenance and Support as specified in this Section V.1 and in accordance with Denodo’s then-current support policies located at the Support Site, and which are attached to the Order for informational purposes only.

Maintenance Duties. The Owner of the Resort Parcel shall, with respect to all Resort Owner Easement Areas and all other Improvements on the Resort Parcel, and the Owner of the Project Developer Parcel shall, with respect to all Project Developer Easement Areas, be responsib for complying or causing compliance with the following covenants and restrictions: 6.1.1 Any business conducted on such Parcels shall be carried out in a first class, clean and orderly manner. 6.1.2 Maintaining, repairing and replacing its respective Easement Areas, including all paving, curbs, bumpers, walkways, directional signs, lights, traffic control signs, markers and lines which are a part thereof, in good condition and repair. 6.1.3 Removing all paper, mud, sand, debris, filth and refuse and sweeping all areas outside of buildings and around trash dumpsters to the extent reasonably necessary to keep such areas in a clean and orderly condition. 6.1.4 Maintaining, mowing, weeding, trimming and watering any landscaped areas, and making all replacements of such landscaping, as may be necessary to maintain an attractive appearance and/or to comply with the requirements of Yavapai County. 6.1.5 Maintaining or causing to be maintained all portions of buildings, fences, walls (including retaining walls) and structures on those portions of its Parcel governed by this Section, including signs located thereon, in good order, condition and repair. 6.1.6 Promptly removing all graffiti or other similar markings from all perimeter or other walls, exterior building walls and other exterior surfaces, paved areas and other exterior portions of any Improvements on those portions of its Parcel governed by this Section.

Maintenance Duties. Before the Closing, Seller shall maintain the Property (“Maintenance Duties”) in a manner consistent with past practices and perform all work required to be performed prior to the Closing by the landlord under the terms of any Lease. Notwithstanding the above, Seller’s Maintenance Duties shall specifically exclude the obligation (whether or not such expenditure would have normally been incurred in accordance with Seller’s normal operating practices): (A) to repair or correct normal wear and tear or deferred maintenance, or (B) to expend more than $5,000.00 with respect to Maintenance Duties in the aggregate, excluding amounts clearly reimbursable in full by Lease tenants.

Maintenance and Support means that Denodo will provide: (a) Updates, if any, and appropriate Documentation; and (b) telephone and email assistance with respect to the Software, including (i) clarification of functions and features of the Software; (ii) clarification of Documentation pertaining to the Soft¬xxxx; (iii) guidance in the operation of the Software; and (iv) error verification, analysis and correction. Denodo’s standard hours of service are set forth in the Support Site.
