Maximum Accumulation of Sick Leave. The unused portion of an employee’s sick leave shall accrue for her future benefits to a maximum of one thousand and fifty (1050) hours.
Maximum Accumulation of Sick Leave. Employees may accumulate up to a maximum of nine hundred sixty (960) hours of sick leave.
Maximum Accumulation of Sick Leave. 13.01 The maximum number of unused sick leave days any member is permitted to accumulate shall be two hundred sixty (260) days. Severance shall be based on two hundred thirty (230) days accumulation.
13.02 In addition to the reasons for which sick leave may be used as set forth in 3319.141 of the Ohio Revised Code, and Board policy, up to eight (8) weeks of sick leave may be used when a member of the bargaining unit adopts a child.
Maximum Accumulation of Sick Leave. As of December 31st of each year the unused portion of each employee’s sick leave shall be accumulated to maximum of one hundred and eighty (180) days. Unused sick leave credits will be included with the last pay period of the year. Employees have until March 1st of the following year to correct errors.
Maximum Accumulation of Sick Leave. In recognition of service, a balance of unused sick days may be carried forward into a new fiscal year. This balance shall include unused time from the previous fiscal year and shall not exceed ninety (90) days.
Maximum Accumulation of Sick Leave. The maximum accumulation shall be one hundred and ninety two (192) hours of sick leave credits.
