Common use of Meal Breaks and Rest Pauses Clause in Contracts

Meal Breaks and Rest Pauses. 17.1. Employees will be entitled to a thirty (30) minute unpaid meal break per day which may be taken in separate parts. No Employee will be required to work longer than five (5) hours without having a meal break.
