MEETING ROOMS AND BULLETIN BOARDS. 27.1 The Association may request use of available meeting rooms at the Hospital for prescheduled regular meetings for the purpose of conducting business related to the internal affairs of the bargaining unit or administration of the collective bargaining agreement. Requests for meeting room use shall be made in advance through the Human Resources Department and shall be granted according to the Hospital’s established meeting room policy.
