MEETINGS CALLED BY ADMINISTRATORS. 8.031 General Staff Meeting The Administration may call twelve (12) general staff meetings per work year provided all bargaining unit members affected are given at least seven (7) days notice of such meeting. In no case, however, may the Administration hold more than two (2) such meetings in any one (1) calendar month.
MEETINGS CALLED BY ADMINISTRATORS. A. In addition to the above mentioned individual conferences, building principals may call a staff meeting as needed, provided all unit members affected are given at least five (5) days notice of such meeting (except in the case of an emergency). Only one such meeting will occur in a month, except in the case of an emergency. These may be used as instructional meetings for teachers. Additional meetings called by principals are covered in section 8.03.

MEETINGS CALLED BY ADMINISTRATORS. A. Each teacher may be required to attend two (2) after school or before school or evening meetings per year on a District-wide, building, or department basis, which may include, but are not limited to, such things as PTO meetings and/or open house. In addition, each building principal may call a maximum of twelve (12) staff meetings per school year for regular, department, grade level meetings or professional development.
