Mentoring and Team Building. Mentoring between teachers is most commonly implemented between two persons: a teacher–mentor and a teacher–mentee. However, it could also be done as a group mentoring: one mentor works with a group of mentees. Regardless of its form, mentoring is, by definition, an inspiring team-work. No valuable result can be achieved by individual success as the activity requires continuous adapting and sharing expertise, results and efforts in order to reach the commonly set goals. It is about efficient communication, building and developing relationship, development of social awareness, presence, authenticity, clarity, empathy and interacting capacities.   • Local Control Center, Metering and Telemetry The NTO shall operate, pursuant to ISO Tariffs, ISO Procedures, Reliability Rules and all other applicable reliability rules, standards and criteria on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, a suitable local control center(s) with all equipment and facilities reasonably required for the ISO to exercise ISO Operational Control over NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control, and for the NTO to fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement. Operation of the NYS Power System is a cooperative effort coordinated by the ISO control center in conjunction with local control centers and will require the exchange of all reasonably necessary information. The NTO shall provide the ISO with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) information on facilities listed in Appendices A-1 and A-2 herein as well as on generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to the NTO’s transmission facilities pursuant to the ISO OATT. The NTO shall provide metering data for its transmission facilities to the ISO, unless other parties are authorized by the appropriate regulatory authority to provide metering data. The NTO shall collect and submit to the ISO billing quality metering data and any other information for its transmission facilities required by the ISO for billing purposes. The NTO shall provide to the ISO the telemetry and other operating data from generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to its transmission facilities that the ISO requires for the operation of the NYS Power System. The NTO will establish and maintain a strict code of conduct to prevent such information from reaching any unauthorized person or entity.

  • Provisioning of Line Sharing and Splitter Space 3.2.1 BellSouth will provide ONS with access to the High Frequency Spectrum as follows:

  • Provisioning Line Splitting and Splitter Space 3.8.1 The Data LEC, Voice CLEC or BellSouth may provide the splitter. When EZ Phone or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port.

  • Parking and Transportation ‌ The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, the University may apply changes in transportation policy, including adjusting parking and U-Pass fees and criteria for assigning parking spots, to the bargaining unit without the obligation to bargain with the Union. The Union may raise issues and concerns about the University’s parking program at Joint Labor/Management Committee meetings or at ad hoc Labor Management Committee meetings. The Union shall have a standing seat on the University’s committee(s) that work on transportation and parking issues.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation a. The AGENCY shall expeditiously provide to the COUNTY upon request, all data needed for the purpose of monitoring, evaluating and/or auditing the program(s). This data shall include, but not be limited to, clients served, services provided, outcomes achieved, information on materials and services delivered, and any other data required, in the sole discretion of the COUNTY, that may be required to adequately monitor and evaluate the services provided under this Contract. Monitoring shall be performed in accordance with COUNTY’S established Noncompliance Standards, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Attachment “C”.

  • Monitoring and Oversight 9 To permit the SCSB as the Authorizer hereunder to fulfill its monitoring and oversight functions under the Act, U.C.A. §53G-5-202(1)(c), and ensure that the School is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, and the terms and conditions of this Agreement10, the Charter School agrees to fully support SCSB’s oversight and monitoring responsibilities including responding to all timely requests for reports,11 audits,12 formal and informal investigations, formal and informal visits and inspections of books and records of the Charter School.13 SCSB will use best efforts in exercising its oversight function to secure and review information or records that have been previously submitted by the Charter Schools to relieve administrative cost associated with duplicate requests.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.
