Miscellaneous Compensation. The School Board shall provide terminal pay for accumulated sick leave to a member of the instructional staff at normal retirement, or termination of participation in the Division of Retirement Deferred Retirement Option Plan (DROP), or to his/her beneficiary if service is terminated by death. Miscellaneous Compensation. Chaperoning of co-curricular events shall be on a volunteer basis. Professional Employees who serve as faculty advisors for active on-campus student organizations with five (5) or more members shall receive $100.00 per semester for such sponsorship.
Miscellaneous Compensation. The compensation for miscellaneous services performed by Full-Time Bargaining Unit Faculty Members shall be determined by agreement between the Full-Time Bargaining Unit Faculty Member and the University. The performance of such services are not and shall not be exclusive to Full-Time Bargaining Unit Faculty Members. If no agreement is reached on compensation for performing miscellaneous services, a Full-Time Bargaining Unit Faculty Member shall have the right to refuse to perform such services.
Miscellaneous Compensation. An annual stipend of $500 will be paid to teachers who are CTE certified and teach CTE courses for the purpose of completing all necessary paperwork throughout the year. Effective with the 2022-23 school year, the stipend will be paid half at the end of the 1st semester and the remainder at the end of the 2nd semester. For the 2021-22 school year, this stipend will be pro-rated to $250 for 2nd semester.
Miscellaneous Compensation. A. Upon administrator approval, curriculum development, homebound instruction/tutoring, school/district committee work, summer teaching, and other summer work shall be compensated based on the Certified Contract Salary Schedule BA Step 6 salary base, broken down to an hourly rate of pay, and such work shall be voluntary.
B. Extended contracts for employment beyond the 190-day contract year shall be at 1/190th of the member’s contractual salary pay.
C. The District will notify PTEA of extended contracts issued.
Miscellaneous Compensation. (a) Peer Group, Comparative Analysis, and Compliance Support: The Administrator provides peer grouping and comparative analysis reports to the Trust, along with data aggregation and monitoring services to the Trust's CCO in relation to the oversight of each Fund's portfolio. For these services, each Fund will be invoiced at a rate of $____ month.
Miscellaneous Compensation. Effective July 1, for the years 2011-2013, all compensation provided for in this Agreement shall be increased in the same manner as provided for in Article IIIB.

Miscellaneous Compensation. A. CTP who are contracted to work day(s) in excess of the established contract year shall be compensated on a pro-rata basis which is based on their daily rate.
B. CTP who are contracted to assume additional instructional period(s) will be compensated 1/7 of their daily rate for each of the additional instructional periods they assume.
C. CTP may volunteer for extra duties that fall outside the CTP’s work day. All CTP shall be paid at the district’s current extra duty rate as per the miscellaneous pay rate schedule for CTP staff. Elementary CTP who are expected to supervise musical performances will be paid as per the Miscellaneous Pay Rate Schedule.
D. Certified special education personnel who cover vacant positions, including case management duties, will be paid a fractional portion of their daily rate for each day equal to the portion of the vacant position they cover. (For example, if CTP covers 50% of the position for 30 days, they will receive an additional 50% of their daily rate for 30 days.)
E. Elementary music teachers shall be compensated at a rate of $100.00 per evening for concerts conducted.
