Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. 25.1 In signing this Agreement, you confirm that your organisation:
(a) does not use any form of forced, compulsory, or slave labour;
(b) allows all Personnel to work voluntarily and they are entitled to leave;
(c) does not require any form of deposit or bond from Personnel;
(d) does not require Personnel to surrender their passports or work permits;
(e) requires your suppliers to attest to these standards;
(f) will report to DT Global any instances or suspicion of modern slavery or human trafficking in your organisation or your supply chain; and
(g) where required, provide information on your organisation’s steps to reduce slavery risk for the purposes of DT Global’s statutory reporting.
Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. Both parties shall ensure that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking within their business and as far as reasonably possible within their supply chain. You agree to comply with our modern slavery and human trafficking statement as found on our website.
Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. The licensor requires all suppliers and other contractors to ensure that modern slavery, human trafficking, forced and bonded labour, and labour rights violations do not occur in their supply chain. The Licensor has also, where appropriate, secured the ability to terminate such contracts immediately if such a breach of clauses arises.
Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. 19.1 Each party shall:
(A) comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws, statutes, regulations and codes of practice in force from time to time; and
(B) develop and maintain policies and procedures aimed at ensuring that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any of its supply chains and in any part of its own business.
19.2 Each party warrants to the other that:
(A) so far as it is aware (having undertaken reasonable enquiries) slavery and human trafficking is not taking place: (i) in any of its supply chains, and (ii) in any part of its own business;
(B) in the event it becomes aware that slavery or human trafficking is taking place in any of its supply chains or in any part of its own business it will notify the other as soon as reasonably and practicably possible;
(C) if and to the extent that it is covered by the requirements of section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, it has complied fully with its legal obligations under that section; and
(D) it has not been convicted nor is currently being investigated by the police or any other public body in respect of any alleged offences under or breaches of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. 25.1 In signing this Agreement, you confirm that your organisation:
Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. 18.1 Both parties undertake that they shall take a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking within their business and within their supply chains
18.2 If the Intermediary identifies any practices within its business or within its supply chain then, provided it is legally permitted to do so, the Intermediary shall advise the company of such practice.
Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. 18.1. The Company represents and warrants to the V&A that neither the Company nor any of its officers, employees, subcontractors or agents other persons associated with it has been before the commencement of this Agreement or will be during the Membership Period:
(a) convicted of any offence involving slavery and human trafficking anywhere in the world; or
(b) the subject of any investigation, inquiry or enforcement proceedings by any governmental, administrative or regulatory body regarding any offence or alleged offence of or in connection with slavery and human trafficking.
18.2. The Company shall implement due diligence procedures for its own suppliers, subcontractors, agents and other participants in its supply chains, to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in its supply chains.
18.3. The Company accepts that any breach of the terms of this Clause 18 shall give rise to a right of termination on the part of the V&A under Clause 7.1 (f) above.
Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. 23.1 The Supplier acknowledges that it shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations and codes relating to modern slavery and human trafficking including but not limited to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”).
23.2 Where the Supplier is a non-UK company, in relation to its activities, practices and conduct outside the UK, the Supplier shall not engage in any activity, practice or conduct which would constitute an offence under the Act if such activity, practice or conduct had been carried out in the UK.
23.3 The Supplier shall have and shall maintain in place throughout the term of this Supply Contract its own policies, procedures to ensure compliance with the Act, and will enforce such policies and procedures where appropriate.
23.4 With regard to the Supplier’s compliance with this clause 23, the Buyer reserves the right to audit (at any time during normal working hours) the Supplier’s compliance with this clause 23 upon giving reasonable prior notice to the Supplier.
23.5 Without prejudice to the generality of clause 23, if the Buyer reasonably suspects the Supplier or any person associated with the Supplier of breaching this clause 23, the Buyer and its third-party representatives shall have the right to immediately access and take copies of any records and any other information held at the Supplier's premises and to meet with the Supplier's personnel to audit the Supplier’s compliance with its obligations under this clause 23. The Supplier shall give all necessary assistance to the conduct of such audit during the term of this Supply Contract and for a period of three years after termination or expiry of this Supply Contract.
23.6 The Supplier shall ensure that any person associated with the Supplier who is providing any part of the Contract or providing works or service in connection with this Supply Contract, including its agents, suppliers or subcontractors, does so only on the basis of a written contract which imposes on and secures from such person terms equivalent to those imposed on the Supplier in this clause 23 (Relevant Terms). The Supplier shall be responsible for the observance and performance by such persons of the Relevant Terms, and shall be directly liable to the Buyer for any breach by such persons of any of the Relevant Terms.

Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. 25.1 Org shall and shall procure that its directors, employees, agents, representatives, contractors or subcontractors shall comply with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws, statutes, regulations and codes from time to time in force.
25.2 Org shall have and maintain throughout the term of this agreement its own policies and procedures to ensure its compliance.
Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. In providing the Services to the Firm under this Agreement, the search firm shall:
(a) comply with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws, statutes and regulations from time to time in force including the Modern Slavery Xxx 0000;
(b) have and maintain throughout the term of this Agreement its own policies and procedures to ensure that it does not engage in, and attempts to address, modern slavery in any of its forms, including slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking (whether of adults or of children);
(c) include in its contracts with its direct subcontractors and suppliers anti- slavery and human trafficking provisions that are at least as rigorous as those set out in this Section; and
(d) from time to time at Skadden’s request, confirm to Skadden, its compliance with this Section and the steps that it has taken to address modern slavery in its organisation and supply chain.
