Monitoring & Reporting requirements. Pursuant to Section 8.7 of the MSHCP, the Monitoring Program Administrator shall prepare annual monitoring reports that provide an analysis of the monitoring results and any implications for the Management Program and Reserve System Assembly. These reports will be submitted to the RMOC, the RMUCs and the Land Manager and will include, at a minimum, the items listed in Section 8.7 of the MSHCP.
