Negative Evaluations. Any negative evaluation shall include specific recommendations for improvements to assist the employee in meeting any/all recommendations made. The employee shall have the right to review and respond to the evaluation.

Negative Evaluations. In the event an employee is given a negative evaluation, the employee shall be given ninety (90) working days to implement the remediation recommendations. The District will provide a specific plan of assistance to help implement the remedial plan. The employee shall be reevaluated within thirty (30) days following the implementation of the remedial plan and monthly thereafter. At the conclusion of the ninety (90) days the employee shall be notified, in writing, by the District of their status. The Employee shall be notified of his right to representation on a form attached herein as Appendix C.
Negative Evaluations. In the case of an unsatisfactory evaluation report, the employee will be given the opportunity to submit a statement to be attached to his evaluation report. Any negative evaluation shall include specific recommendations for improvements and provisions for assisting the employee in implementing any recommendations made.

In the event any employee receives an evaluation that he/she considers to be negative, after discussion with immediate supervisor, that employee may request and shall be granted a meeting with the evaluator’s supervisor. At the meeting the supervisor shall determine if there is reasonable basis for the employee to be granted a new evaluation.

The District and the association along with the employee will develop a reasonable and specific plan of assistance to help implement the remedial plan. Following the ninety (90) calendar day remediation period, if the employee has not demonstrated satisfactory improvement in the area(s) of weakness, the Superintendent and employee shall be notified in writing of the lack of improvement along with specific documentation. Lack of necessary improvement may constitute grounds for termination.
