NIGHT SHIFT BONUS. Employees Eligible 1 An employee whose scheduled hours begin before 6:00 a.m. or end after 6:00 p.m. shall receive a night shift bonus of seventy-five cents ($.75) per hour for all hours worked between 4:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight and one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour for all hours worked between 12:00 midnight and 8:00 a.m. Employees Not Eligible 2 An employee whose scheduled hours begin and end between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. will not receive a night shift bonus for any hours worked (including overtime hours) except that he shall receive the applicable night shift bonus if he relieves an employee entitled to night shift bonus.
NIGHT SHIFT BONUS. The following night shift bonus and options shall be available to all permanent night shift nurses, (including Poison Information Specialists), and permanent night shift Radiologic Technologists in the Department of Radiology, according to date of hire.

NIGHT SHIFT BONUS. As for night shifts, the provisions set out under the Workers’ Charter concerning the above shall apply. Staff working in their regular work schedules from 10 pm to 6 am shall collect this night shift bonus according to the amounts established in the salary tables annexed hereto.

  • CHRISTMAS BONUS 16.01 All part-time employees on the payroll of the Company as of December 1st in any year who have completed six (6) months' continuous service with the Company shall be entitled to a Christmas Bonus of fifteen ($l5.00) dollars payable on or before December 15th.

  • Night Shift Employees who are required to work at least five-eighths of their normal daily tour of duty after 4:30 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m. shall be paid at the rate of five percent over and above his/her normal biweekly or hourly rate of pay for the entire shift so worked.

  • Annual Bonus In addition to Annual Base Salary, Executive shall be awarded, for each fiscal year ending during the Employment Period, an annual bonus (the “Annual Bonus”) in cash at least equal to Executive’s highest annual bonus for the last three full fiscal years prior to the Effective Date (annualized in the event that Executive was not employed by the Company for the whole of such fiscal year). Each such Annual Bonus shall be paid no later than the end of the third month of the fiscal year next following the fiscal year for which the Annual Bonus is awarded, unless Executive shall elect to defer the receipt of such Annual Bonus.

  • Night Shift Premium Any employee who is required to work on any day when the majority of their working hours fall between 10.00 p.m. and 5.00 a.m., or who starts their shift prior to 5.00 a.m., shall be paid a premium, in addition to their regular, hourly rate, of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour for all hours worked on the shift. Shift premium pay shall not be added to an employee’s hourly rate for the purpose of computing overtime. This clause shall not result in duplication of premiums.

  • Retirement Bonus 22:01 Employees retiring in accordance with the following:‌

  • Monthly Salary The words “monthly salary” when used in this Agreement shall mean: (Bi-weekly pay at regular rate of pay times 26.1) divided by 12 = monthly salary

  • Bonus The Executive shall be eligible for Bonuses determined by the Board.

  • Sick Leave Bonus For every six (6) months of perfect sick leave attendance after July 1, 1987, the employee will receive eight (8) hours of bonus time. This bonus time will be prorated for part-time employees. Such bonus time can be used for any leave purpose covered by this Agreement. Such bonus time shall be counted as vacation leave credits for purposes of determining eligibility for carry- over and cash payments.

  • Performance Bonus If Employee's employment is terminated by Employee with cause, or by Bank without cause, Employee shall be paid, in addition to the amounts payable under Sections 3.5 and 3.6 of the Agreement: (i) all non-forfeitable deferred compensation, if any; and (ii) unpaid performance bonus payments, if any, payable under Section 4.2 of the Agreement, which shall be declared earned and payable based upon performance up to, and shall be pro-rated as of, the date of termination. Employee shall not be entitled to such unpaid performance bonus payments if Employee's employment is terminated by Bank with cause, or by Employee without cause.
