NIGHT SHIFT BONUS. The following night shift bonus and options shall be available to all permanent night shift nurses, (including Poison Information Specialists), and permanent night shift Radiologic Technologists in the Department of Radiology, according to date of hire. a. Night Shift Bonus. Permanent night shift Nurses and permanent night shift Radiologic Technologists in the Department of Radiology who were hired prior to July 1, 1995 shall be paid a $3,200 bonus per year. This bonus shall be paid at the rate of $800.00 for the completion of each three (3) months of night shift duty. Effective July 1, 2002, permanent night shift Nurses and permanent night shift Radiologic Technologists in the Department of Radiology who were hired on or after July 1, 1995 shall be paid a $1,600 bonus per year. This bonus shall be paid at the rate of $400.00 for the completion of each three (3) months of night shift duty.
NIGHT SHIFT BONUS. 274 Effective the effective date of this Contract, all hourly paid employees performing work during second or third shift hours will be paid six percent (6%) over and above their hourly rate earnings. NIGHT SHIFT BONUS. Employees Eligible‌ 1 An employee whose scheduled hours begin before 6:00 A.M. or end after 6:00 P.M. shall receive a night shift bonus of seventy-five cents (75¢) per hour for all hours worked (including overtime hours) between 3:30 P.M. and 11:30 P.M. and one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour for all hours worked (including overtime hours) between 11:30 P.M. and 7:30 A.M. Employees Not Eligible‌ 2 An employee whose scheduled hours begin and end between 6:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. will not receive a night shift bonus for any hours worked (including overtime hours) except that the employee shall receive the applicable night shift bonus if he/she relieves an employee entitled to night shift bonus.
NIGHT SHIFT BONUS. Nurses who hold positions on the night shift who actually work their full commitment of night shift hours will receive a bonus based on actual straight time hours scheduled and worked as follows: 36 to 40 hours = $65 32 hours = $35 24 hours = $30* effective 08/06/06 16 hours = $15* effective 08/06/06 Paid holiday time, one professional activities day, five vacation days for 40 hour per week nurses (four vacation days for 32 hour nurses, three vacation days for 24 hour nurses and two vacation days for 16 hour nurses) and time spent at one mandatory in-service day per year shall count as time actually worked for bonus calculation but no other benefit time or unworked hours shall count as time actually worked for purposes of bonus calculation.

NIGHT SHIFT BONUS. As for night shifts, the provisions set out under the Workers’ Charter concerning the above shall apply. Staff working in their regular work schedules from 10 pm to 6 am shall collect this night shift bonus according to the amounts established in the salary tables annexed hereto.

  • Target Bonus Executive will be eligible to receive an annual bonus of up to forty percent (40%) of Executive’s Base Salary, less applicable withholdings, upon achievement of performance objectives to be determined by the Board in its sole discretion (the “Target Bonus”). The Target Bonus, or any portion thereof, will be paid as soon as practicable after the Board determines that the Target Bonus has been earned, but in no event shall the Target Bonus be paid after the later of (i) the fifteenth (15th) day of the third (3rd) month following the close of the Company’s fiscal year in which the Target Bonus is earned or (ii) March 15 following the calendar year in which the Target Bonus is earned.

  • Annual Cash Bonus During the Term, Executive may be eligible to receive an annual cash bonus, on terms and conditions as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion taking into account Company and individual performance objectives.

  • Pro-Rated Bonus Pro Rated Bonus" shall mean, a bonus equal to the product of (i) the bonus Employee did not receive but would have received under Section 1.4(b) if he had remained an employee through the end of the Employment Term, it being understood that the amount of such bonus Employee would have received shall be determined by reference to the average amount of bonus actually awarded to other officers who were at the same or comparable level of responsibility as Employee immediately prior to his termination, and (ii) a fraction, the denominator of which is 365 and the numerator of which is the number of days in the fiscal year being considered through the date of death, determination of disability or notice of termination of employment, whichever is applicable. In the event that a majority of SCI officers do not receive a bonus for the fiscal year being considered, then the Pro Rated Bonus shall not be applicable and Employee shall not be entitled to a Pro Rated Bonus. The Pro Rated Bonus, if any, payable to Employee shall be paid within 90 days after the date that bonuses, if any, are awarded for a majority of SCI officers for the year being considered.

  • Annual Bonus Compensation Executive shall be eligible to receive a bonus each Contract Year (“Annual Bonus”) as the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors shall determine. Executive’s Annual Bonus shall be determined in accordance with the Company’s executive compensation policies as in effect from time to time during the Term and shall be based, in part, on his achieving his individual performance goals for the year and, in part, on the Company’s achieving its performance goals for the year.

  • Annual Bonus In addition to Annual Base Salary, Executive shall be awarded, for each fiscal year ending during the Employment Period, an annual bonus (the “Annual Bonus”) in cash at least equal to Executive’s highest annual bonus for the last three full fiscal years prior to the Effective Date (annualized in the event that Executive was not employed by the Company for the whole of such fiscal year). Each such Annual Bonus shall be paid no later than the end of the third month of the fiscal year next following the fiscal year for which the Annual Bonus is awarded, unless Executive shall elect to defer the receipt of such Annual Bonus.

  • Retirement Bonus 22:01 Employees retiring in accordance with the following:‌ (a) Retire at age sixty-five (65) years; or (b) Retire after age sixty-five (65) years; or (c) Have completed at least ten (10) years continuous employment and retire after age fifty-five (55) years but before age sixty-five (65) years; (d) Employees who have completed at least ten (10) years continuous service with the Employer, whose age plus years of that service equal eighty (80); shall be granted retirement bonus on the basis of four (4) days per year of employment.

  • Annual Incentive Bonus The Company shall, in addition to Executive’s Base Salary, pay Executive an Annual Incentive Bonus, which shall be payable within 120 days of the end of each fiscal year in accordance with the formula set forth on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • Annual Incentive Compensation Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual bonus (“Annual Bonus”) with respect to each fiscal year ending during the Employment Period. The Annual Bonus shall be determined under the 2006 Omnibus Incentive Plan (the “Omnibus Plan”) or such other annual incentive plan maintained by the Company for similarly situated employees that the Company designates, in its sole discretion (any such plan, the “Bonus Plan”), in accordance with the terms of such plan as in effect from time to time. For each such fiscal year, Executive shall be eligible to earn a target Annual Bonus equal to seventy percent (70%) of Executive’s Base Salary for such fiscal year, if the Company achieves the target performance goals established by the Board for such fiscal year in accordance with the terms of the Bonus Plan. If the Company does not achieve the threshold performance goals established by the Board for a fiscal year, Executive shall not be entitled to receive an Annual Bonus for such fiscal year. If the Company exceeds the target performance goals established by the Board for a fiscal year, Executive may be entitled to earn an additional Annual Bonus for such year in accordance with the terms of the applicable Bonus Plan. The Annual Bonus for each year shall be payable at the same time as bonuses are paid to other senior executives of the Company in accordance with the terms of the applicable Bonus Plan, but in no event later than two and a half (21/2) months following the end of the applicable fiscal year in which such Annual Bonus was earned. Executive shall be entitled to receive any Annual Bonus that becomes payable in a lump-sum cash payment, or, at his election, (A) up to fifty percent (50%) of the Annual Bonus in the form of a grant of restricted stock units of Common Stock (as defined below) or (B) in any form that the Board generally makes available to the Company’s executive management team, provided that any such election is made by Executive in compliance with Section 409A of the Code and the regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Annual Incentive Payment The Executive shall participate in the Company's Management Incentive Plan (or such alternative, successor, or replacement plan or program in which the Company's principal operating executives, other than the Chief Executive Officer, generally participate) and shall have a targeted incentive thereunder of not less than $240,000 per year; provided, however, that the Executive's actual incentive payment for any year shall be measured by the Company's performance against goals established for that year and that such performance may produce an incentive payment ranging from none to 200% of the targeted amount. The Executive's incentive payment for any year will be appropriately pro-rated to reflect a partial year of employment.

  • Monthly Salary The words “monthly salary” when used in this Agreement shall mean: (Bi-weekly pay at regular rate of pay times 26.1) divided by 12 = monthly salary
