No Charge Services. No Charge Services will be provided depending on time, available staffing, and expertise.

Your use of No-Charge Services is subject to any additional terms that we specify and is only permitted for the period designated by us. We may terminate your right to use No-Charge Services at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion, without liability to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all obligations or liabilities with respect to No-Charge Services, including any support and maintenance, warranty, and indemnity obligations.

Except where a different initial term is stated in the applicable Order Form, Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx shall cause SFDC to provide No Charge Services to Customer for an initial term of twelve (12) months. Following the initial term, No Charge Services shall be eligible for renewal on a yearly basis under the same terms and conditions, provided the program continues to exist. Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything to the contrary herein, Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx offers No Charge Services at its sole discretion and may terminate such No Charge Services at any time upon written notice (typically 30 days where practicable to do so).
No Charge Services. We may offer certain Cloud Services, or certain features or functions of Cloud Services, to You at no charge, including some which are not generally available and are identified as alpha, beta, pre-release, demonstration or preview (“Early Access Services”), as well as free or trial accounts to generally available Cloud Services for a designated period of time, quantity, or other use metrics (“Trial Services” and, together with Early Access Services, “No-Charge Services”). This Agreement applies to No-Charge Services. We can modify or discontinue No-Charge Services at any time. We are entitled to invoice You for fees calculated in accordance with Our then current price list if You use the No-Charge Services beyond the permitted period of use or in excess of the permitted quantities or metrics.

SafetyCulture may terminate your right to use No-Charge Services at any time and for any reason in SafetyCulture’s sole discretion, without liability to you.
