NON-EMPLOYEE UNION REPRESENTATIVES. If an authorized Union representative who is not employed by the Company wants to speak to a local Union representative in the plant about a grievance or other official Union business, he should request permission to do so from the Plant manager or his designate, explaining the purpose of his visit.
NON-EMPLOYEE UNION REPRESENTATIVES. The Union agrees that the number 25 of accredited non-employee staff representatives during any one visit to the premises of 26 the Employer shall be limited to a maximum of two (2). 28 The Union also agrees that officials of the Union, non-employee or employee, may 29 interrupt the normal work duties of other employees with prior approval of the employees 30 supervisor to conduct Union business; such approval shall not be unreasonably denied.

Upon entering, such non­employee Union representatives shall identify themselves to the Employer or his designated representative. Non­employee Union representatives shall be admitted for the purposes established herein and shall only be permitted in the areas of the facility designated by the Employer or his designated representative.
NON-EMPLOYEE UNION REPRESENTATIVES. Non-employee Union representatives may meet with the bargaining unit members and leaders in non-student areas during times that school activities are not in session. Non-employee Union representatives shall not interfere with or interrupt the school activities and they shall notify human resources and secure permission from the appropriate building administrator.

NON-EMPLOYEE UNION REPRESENTATIVES. 6.1 The Hospital shall allow duly authorized representatives of the Union to visit the Hospital to ascertain whether or not the Agreement is being observed and to assist in adjusting grievances. Such visits shall be subject to the following conditions: Notification of each visit will be made to the Area Director of Human Resources, or designee, at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Upon arrival at the Hospital, the Union representative will check in with the Area Director of Human Resources or designee. If the visit occurs after normal working hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday), the Union representative shall check in with the on-duty shift administrator. While on Hospital property, Union representatives shall act responsibly and professionally. Union representatives shall not interfere in any way with patient care, the work of any employee, or compromise patient privacy. i. on the employee’s non-work time unless otherwise agreed upon by the Area Director of Human Resources or designee; and ii. in public areas of the Hospital or a meeting room designated by the Hospital for such use. Where such meetings are conducted in public areas of the Hospital, they shall be conducted in a manner so as not to draw the attention of patients and/or visitors. No more than two (2) Union representatives may conduct visits as set forth herein at the same time unless expressly approved in advance by the Area Director of Human Resources or designee. All Union representatives shall wear Union identification.
