NONDISCRIMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT. A. The MCOP agrees that in the performance of this Agreement or in the hiring of any employees for the performance of services under this Agreement, the MCOP shall not by reason of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, national origin, military status, health status, genetic information or ancestry, discriminate against any individual in the employment of an individual who is qualified and available to perform the services to which the Agreement relates.
B. The MCOP agrees that it shall not, in any manner, discriminate against, intimidate, or retaliate against any employee hired for the performance or services under the Agreement on account of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, national origin, military status, health status, genetic information or ancestry.
C. In addition to requirements imposed upon subcontractors in accordance with OAC Chapter 5160-58, the MCOP agrees to hold all subcontractors and persons acting on behalf of the MCOP in the performance of services under this Agreement responsible for adhering to the requirements of paragraphs (A) and (B) above and shall include the requirements of paragraphs (A) and (B) above in all subcontracts for services performed under this Agreement.
NONDISCRIMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT a. CONTRACTOR shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations including Santa Xxxxx County’s policies concerning nondiscrimination and equal opportunity in contracting. Such laws include but are not limited to the following: Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended; Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990; The Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Sections 503 and 504); California Fair Employment and Housing Act (Government Code sections 12900 et seq.); and California Labor Code sections 1101 and 1102.
b. For Contracts over $10,000 CONTRACTOR agrees to comply with Executive Order 11246, entitled “Equal Employment Opportunity’” as amended by Executive Order 11375 and as supplemented in Department of Labor regulations (41 CFP Part 60).
c. During the performance of this Contract, CONTRACTOR and its SUBCONTRACTORS must not unlawfully discriminate, harass or allow harassment, against any employee or applicant for employment because of:
i. Age (40 and above), ii. Ancestry, iii. Color, iv. Disability (Mental and Physical) including HIV and AIDS,
NONDISCRIMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT. 7.1 Pursuant to section 153.59 of the Ohio Revised Code, Engineer agrees to both of the following:
a. That, in the hiring of employees for the performance of work under the contract or any subcontract, no engineer, sub-consultant or any person acting on a engineer’s or sub-consultant’s behalf, by reason of race, creed, sex, disability or military status as defined in section 4112.01 of the Revised Code, or color, shall discriminate against any citizen of the state in the employment of labor or workers who is qualified and available to perform the work to which the employment relates:
b. That no engineer, sub-consultant, or any person on an engineer’s or sub- consultant’s behalf, in any manner, shall discriminate against or intimidate any employee hired for the performance of work under the contract on account of race, creed, sex, disability or military status as defined in section 4112.01 of the Revised Code, or color.
NONDISCRIMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT. Pursuant to ORC § 125.111, Custodian agrees that Custodian, any subcontractor, and any person acting on behalf of Custodian or a subcontractor, shall not discriminate, by reason of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, military status, national origin, or ancestry against any citizen of this state in the employment of any person qualified and available to perform the services. Custodian further agrees that Custodian, any subcontractor, and any person acting on behalf of Custodian or a subcontractor shall not, in any manner, discriminate against, intimidate, or retaliate against any employee hired for the performance of the services on account of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, military status, national origin, or ancestry.
NONDISCRIMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT. The contractor, sub recipient or subcontractor shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in the performance of this contract. The contractor shall carry out applicable requirements of 49 CFR part 26 in the award and administration of DOT-assisted contracts. Failure by the contractor to carry out these requirements is a material breach of this contract, which may result in the termination of this contract or such other remedy as the recipient deems appropriate, which may include, but is not limited to: Withholding monthly progress payments; Assessing sanctions; Liquidated damages; and/or Disqualifying the contractor from future bidding as non-responsible. In all its activities within the scope of its airport program, the Engineer agrees to comply with pertinent statutes, Executive Orders, and such rules as identified in Title VI List of Pertinent Nondiscrimination Acts and Authorities to ensure that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability be excluded from participating in any activity conducted with or benefiting from Federal assistance. This provision is in addition to that required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
NONDISCRIMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT. Local Sponsor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in the conduct of the terms herein, including but not limited to ORC 125.111. In the event that any provision of this Agreement conflicts with any law, rule, or regulation, said law, rule or regulation shall prevail.
NONDISCRIMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT. A. MCP agrees that in the performance of this provider agreement or in the hiring of any employees for the performance of services under this provider agreement, MCP shall not by reason of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, national Baseline Covered Families and Children (CFC) Population Page 5 origin, veteran's status, health status, or ancestry, discriminate against any citizen of this state in the employment of a person qualified and available to perform the services to which the provider agreement relates.
B. MCP agrees that it shall not, in any manner, discriminate against, intimidate, or retaliate against any employee hired for the performance or services under the provider agreement on account of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, national origin, veteran's status, health status, or ancestry.
C. In addition to requirements imposed upon subcontractors in accordance with OAC Chapter 5101:3-26, MCP agrees to hold all subcontractors and persons acting on behalf of MCP in the performance of services under this provider agreement responsible for adhering to the requirements of paragraphs (A) and (B) above and shall include the requirements of paragraphs (A) and (B) above in all subcontracts for services performed under this provider agreement, in accordance with rule 5101:3-26-05 of the Ohio Administrative Code.

The MCOP agrees that in the performance of this Provider Agreement or in the hiring of any employees for the performance of services under this Provider Agreement, the MCOP shall not by reason of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, national origin, military status, health status, genetic information or ancestry, discriminate against any individual in the employment of an individual who is qualified and available to perform the services to which the Provider Agreement relates.
B. The MCOP agrees that it shall not, in any manner, discriminate against, intimidate, or retaliate against any employee hired for the performance or services under the Provider Agreement on account of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, national origin, military status, health status, genetic information or ancestry.
C. In addition to requirements imposed upon subcontractors in accordance with OAC Chapter 5160‐ 58, the MCOP agrees to hold all subcontractors and persons acting on behalf of the MCOP in the performance of services under this Provider Agreement responsible for adhering to the requirements of paragraphs (A) and (B) above and shall include the requirements of paragraphs (A) and (B) above in all subcontracts for services performed under this Provider Agreement, in accordance with OAC rules 5160‐58‐ 01.1 and 5160‐26‐05.
NONDISCRIMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT. 11.1 In carrying out the Contract, the Contractor, any subcontractor, and any person acting on behalf of the Contractor or a subcontractor shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, military status, disability, age, genetic information, or sexual orientation. Contractor will ensure that applicants are hired and that employees are treated during employment without regard to their race, color, religion, gender, national origin, military status, disability, age, genetic information, or sexual orientation. Such action shall include, but not be limited to the following: Employment, Upgrading, Demotion or Transfer; Recruitment or Recruitment Advertising; Layoff or Termination; Rates of Pay or other forms of Compensation; and Selection for Training including Apprenticeship.
11.2 Contractor agrees to post in conspicuous places, available to employees and applicants for employment, notices setting forth the provision of this nondiscrimination clause. Contractor will, in all solicitations or advertisements for employees placed by or on behalf of the Contractor, state that all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or age. Contractor shall incorporate the foregoing requirements of this article in all of its contracts for any of the work prescribed herein (other than subcontracts for standard commercial supplies or raw materials), and will require all of its subcontractors for any part of such work to incorporate such requirements in all subcontracts for such work.
NONDISCRIMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT. To the extent applicable, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 125.111, Subrecipient agrees that itself, any subcontractor, or any person acting on behalf of the Subrecipient or a subcontractor shall not discriminate, by reason of race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, military status, national origin, or ancestry against any citizen of this state in the employment of any person qualified and available to perform work under the Agreement. Subrecipient further agrees that itself, any subcontractor, or any person acting on behalf of Subrecipient or a subcontractor shall not, in any manner, discriminate against, intimidate, or retaliate against any employee hired for the performance of the Agreement on account of race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, military status, national origin, or ancestry.
