Notice of Evaluation Procedures. The evaluation plans and procedures will be made available on the MVSEC website. By September 30 of each school year, each employee will be notified of who their evaluator will be. If a change in evaluator is necessary during the course of the evaluation year, the employee will be notified of such a change in a timely manner.

Notice of Evaluation Procedures. Teachers who will be evaluated in a given school year shall be notified as outlined in Appendix D. Effective with the District’s formal implementation of PERA, on or before the first day of student attendance, the District shall provide a written notice (either electronic or paper) that a performance evaluation will be conducted in that school term to each teacher affected or, if the affected teacher is hired after the start of the school term, then no later than 30 days after the contract is executed.
