Notification of Evaluation. 19.1.3.1.1 During the fiscal year in which the evaluation is to occur, the Immediate Management Supervisor will provide Unit Members to be evaluated with and evaluation packet consisting of the following:

Notification of Evaluation. 18.5.1.1 Evaluations of individual Unit Members may be scheduled during the fall or spring semester at the discretion of the Immediate Management Supervisor.
18.5.1.2 By the second Monday of the fall semester of the academic year in which evaluation is to occur, the Immediate Management Supervisor shall notify those Unit Members to be evaluated.
18.5.1.3 By the end of the third week of the semester in which the evaluation is to occur, the Immediate Management Supervisor shall provide Unit Members to be evaluated with the evaluation packet consisting of instructions which outline the evaluation process and a copy of the appropriate Evaluation Report Form.
18.5.1.4 Where the Unit Member is assigned short-term classes, or where the Unit Member is assigned to the School of Continuing Education and the Unit Member’s schedule is based on the noncredit calendar, the evaluation process shall be conducted in accordance with time lines developed by the Immediate Management Supervisor in consultation with the Unit Member.
Notification of Evaluation. Teachers will be advised during preschool meet- ings/workshops of the District’s evaluation procedures. Except for substitutes, teachers joining staff after the commencement of the school year will be advised of the District’s evaluation procedures by the building principal or designated evaluator.

19.1.3.1.1.3 notification of the date, time, and place of the evaluation conference between the Unit Member and the Immediate Management Supervisor.
19.1.3.1.2 Notification will be provided to the Unit Member as soon as practicable, but at least seven (7) working days prior to the date of the evaluation conference.
19.1.3.1.3 The Unit Member will complete a self-evaluation prior to the evaluation conference. The Unit Member shall submit the self-evaluation to their Immediate Management Supervisor at least two (2) business days prior to the evaluation conference. The Unit Member may waive the opportunity of completing the self-evaluation by checking the appropriate box and signing Section VI on the self-evaluation form and submitting it to their Immediate Management Supervisor at least two (2) days prior to the evaluation conference.
19.1.3.1.4 Prior to the evaluation conference, the Immediate Management Supervisor will complete a preliminary evaluation on the Performance Evaluation Form and the Unit Member shall complete a self-evaluation or waive the opportunity as stated in Article 19.

12 A. Notification of evaluation shall be sent to bargaining unit members within the first 13 eighteen (18) workdays.
14 B. If the bargaining unit member is hired after the first calendared workday, notification 15 of evaluation shall be sent within six (6) workdays.
16 C. Notification shall be sent by the bargaining unit member’s evaluator by e-mail or 17 through the online evaluation instrument.
18 D. A representative/designee from the Human Resources office, Evaluators and LCTA 19 Leadership Team shall conduct a presentation outside of the instructional workday to 20 review timelines, sample goals and the evaluation process within the first thirty (30) 21 workdays. Attendance at this meeting shall be mandatory for all bargaining unit 22 members on the evaluation cycle as well as the evaluators.

Notify Company, prior to any discussion, sales or other distribution of Products, of any contact with or from academia or regulatory agencies of any government in the Territory (other than contacts or sales made to or with either of them solely as a Customer), and obtain the written consent of Company prior to selling or otherwise providing Products to any entity which Master Distributor knows or should know intends to publish material or information which describes or evaluates any of the Products, or parts thereof;

Each building Principal shall acquaint all TRS Eligible Licensed Professionals to be evaluated that school year with timelines, instruments and other procedures to be used by no later than September 15th of each school year. TRS Eligible Licensed Professionals’ goals will be established at such time, as appropriate. No formal classroom evaluation shall take place until the above orientations have taken place unless a TRS Eligible Licensed Professional Association member is currently serving under a remediation plan.
