Objective 4. Upon successful completion of treatment, seventy-five percent (75%) of 10 Clients will report at thirty (30) days that their life is more manageable than it was when they entered 11 treatment.
Objective 4. 1. Grantee will fund and hire a dedicated health communicator to support and implement the jurisdiction’s specific vaccine communication, education, and outreach. This position will assist the Grantee in:
a) Developing and implementing community-based and culturally and linguistically appropriate messages which focus on COVID-19 spread, symptoms, treatment, and prevention, AND benefits of vaccination
b) Fund communications strategies that accommodate different levels of health literacy, digital literacy, and science literacy
c) Develop toolkits, checklists, quick guides, etc., to increase vaccine education
d) Continue training of local trusted messengers to deliver messages regarding vaccine hesitancy and misinformation
e) Develop localized testimonial campaigns
Objective 4. To improve Communication, Education and Public Awareness (CEPA) about migratory waterbird species, their flyways, their role in alleviating poverty, threats to them and the need for measures to conserve them and their habitats (AP Headings: E, F)
4.1 Support for the implementation of the Communication Strategy (CS) is secured;
4.2 The AEWA Communication Strategy is implemented;
4.3 Awareness and understanding of waterbird conservation issues in general, and, of AEWA in particular, are increased at all levels within the Contracting Parties.
Objective 4. 7.1 To safeguard and develop the unique ambiance of the Lido as a place where people may come, as to a beach, to relax, socialise, lounge and enjoy the Facilities.
7.2 To create a welcoming ambiance in which users of the Facility feel welcome to linger before or after an activity to relax or meet friends and to provide suitable environment, ambiance and space for each of the scheduled classes, programmes and activities.
7.3 To create an ambiance that reflects the comment from a user survey: "the lido is an oasis in the city".
7.4 To ensure Staff recruitment and training address the specific challenges of operating an outdoor pool within Xxxxxxxxx Park and maintaining a welcoming and safe environment for users from diverse age groups, abilities, ethnic groups and life styles.
Objective 4. At least ninety-four percent (94%) of the persons who are newly identified 10 HIV positive are offered Partner Services.

Objective 4. At Roseland, Sheppard, and Roseland Creek Elementary schools, all 2nd- to 5th-grade teachers will provide students with at least 30 minutes of structured classroom-based nutrition education using Yummy Curriculum. All TK-6th grade teachers will provide students with at least 30 minutes of indirect classroom-based Harvest of the Month education and at least 20 minutes of CATCH indirect physical-activity and nutrition education lessons.

i. Grantee will fund and hire an adult immunization coordinator to focus on ACIP recommended and CDC approved vaccines within their jurisdiction to serve as a safety net for at-risk individuals. The coordinator will focus on:
a. Quality improvement
b. Reminder recall
c. Other relevant activities to improve adult coverage rates
B. Grantee shall not use funds to promote or advertise COVID-19 vaccinations.
C. Grantee must obtain approval from System Agency on the workplan within 30 days of Contract execution.
D. Grantee must submit a quarterly program report on the report template to be provided by System Agency by the last business day of the month following the end of each quarter of the Contract for System Agency review. Objective 4. Catalogue of Project results
Objective 4 accelerate transition to a sustainable economy notably through stimulating markets for sustainable fuels and products
1. Parties intend to explore further opportunities to accelerate and scale-up the production of sustainable fuels and products towards 2030, notably by stimulating demand through market creation that benefits both industry and society.
2. Parties intend to explore (discuss) promising innovation routes to reduce scope 3 CO2 emissions towards and beyond 2030 related to the use of relevant fuels, chemicals and plastics.
3. Parties are of the opinion that:
a. market creation, such as through blending mandates, minimum uptake percentages for recyclate, and government purchasing criteria, as part of a coherent set of policies, are vital to stimulate investments necessary for the production of sustainable fuels and products;
b. market creation for sustainable fuels and products ideally takes into account products on a net carbon footprint basis, covering scope 1, 2, and 3 CO2 emission reduction;
c. market creation is vital for the industry to underpin its investments in sustainable fuels and products;
d. market creation also depends on the necessary instrumentation such as mass balancing methodology, sustainability criteria and methodology, and certification or MRV (monitoring reporting and verification).
4. Parties acknowledge the large-scale CO2 emission reduction potential among Shell’s customers (i.e. scope 3 emissions) in the Netherlands and elsewhere, as one of the benefits of these sustainable fuels and products.
5. The State intends to explore policy options to stimulate (scale-up) and accelerate the markets for sustainable fuels and products, and intends to develop and promote policies accordingly, while:
a. following generally accepted principles for good governance and stakeholder engagement, including compliance with EU directives on State Aid;
b. taking into account various programs at local, national and EU levels, and seeking opportunities to stimulate investments in recycling and sustainable products;
c. taking into account the ambitions, including time schedules, of relevant industry, other stakeholders and the subsequent potential added value of implementation of national policies in advance of EU regulation; and
d. focusing on the use of biogenic sources as feedstock for the production of chemicals, plastics and sustainable aviation fuel.
