Order of Placement. A teacher who has acquired continuing contract rights must not be placed on ULA while Tier 1-licensed, Tier 2-licensed, or probationary teachers are retained in positions for which the teacher who has acquired continuing contract rights is licensed. Tier 3 and 4 continuing contract teachers shall be placed on ULA in inverse order of seniority, as calculated by initial date of hire as a licensed teacher. No teacher shall be placed on ULA if any other qualified teacher employed in the same field and subject matter is on a “Teacher Improvement Plan” as provided in the “Teacher Evaluation and Per Review Process” required in M.S. 122A.40, Subd. 8, or M.S. 122A.41, Subd. 5. If a teacher is placed on a written “Teacher Improvement Plan” by June 15 for the upcoming school year and does not successfully complete the improvement plan by May 15, they will be placed on an ULA prior to a less senior teacher due to the discontinuance of a position, lack of pupils, financial limitations, or merger of classes caused by consolidation of school districts.
Order of Placement. When a vacancy is posted for a position represented by the BTA, unit members are eligible for consideration in the following order, except when the district initiates the transfer of a particular employee, subject to 5.C above:

  • Order Placement To place orders for the Trustee to create or redeem one or more Baskets, Authorized Participants must follow the procedures for creation and redemption referred to in Section 3 of this Agreement and the procedures described in Attachment A hereto (the “Procedures”), as each may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

  • Scope and Order Placement These terms may be used by Customer either for a single Order or as a framework for multiple Orders. In addition, these terms may be used on a global basis by the parties’ “Affiliates”, meaning any entity controlled by, controlling, or under common control with a party.   • ORDER PROCEDURE 7.1 Within 30 (thirty) days of the Effective Date, ISR shall issue a Purchase Order of one (1) Machine and forward such Purchase Order to Supplier by email to the contact person of Supplier, a copy of which shall be sent via air mail.

  • Project Delivery Order Procedures The TIPS Member having approved and signed an interlocal agreement, or other TIPS Membership document, may make a request of the awarded vendor under this Agreement when the TIPS Member has services that need to be undertaken. Notification may occur via phone, the web, email, fax, or in person. Upon notification of a pending request, the awarded vendor shall make contact with the TIPS Member as soon as possible, but must make contact with the TIPS Member within two working days. Scheduling of Projects Scheduling of projects (if applicable) may be accomplished when the TIPS Member issues a Purchase Order and/or an Agreement or Contract that will serve as “the notice to proceed” as agreed by the Vendor and the TIPS Member. No additional claims may be made for delays as a result of these items. The TIPS Member will issue in writing any corrective actions that are required. Upon completion of these items, the TIPS Member will issue a completion notice and final payment will be issued per the contractual requirements of the project with the TIPS Member. Any Construction contract prepared by the TIPS Member’s Legal Counsel may alter the terms of this subsection, “Scheduling of Projects”.
