Other Obligations of the Contractor. 8.2.1 The Contractor shall, during the term of this Contract, perform its Scope of Project and all other obligations under this Contract consistent with the requirements set forth in this Contract and Applicable Laws, and the terms and conditions of the applicable Approvals. The details and particulars of the Scope of Project to be performed by the Contractor under this Contract are specified in Part A (Works) of Schedule 2 and Part B (Maintenance Services) of Schedule 2. .
8.2.2 The Contractor agrees to perform the Scope of Project and do all other things required/considered prudent so to do, in relation thereto, in accordance with the parameters set forth in Clauses 8.1 and 8.
Other Obligations of the Contractor. 5.1. The Contractor is obliged to comply with all obligations included in his bid within the Tender Proceedings even if they are not explicitly expressed in this Agreement.
5.2. The Contractor agrees that all information provided to the Contracting Authority in compliance with this Agreement and Czech legislation can be published by the Contracting Authority, including this Agreement.
5.3. The Contractor undertakes to have an insurance contract, the subject of which is the liability insurance for damage caused by the Contractor to a third party, effective during the installation of the Equipment. The insurance coverage must be at least EUR 100 000 for one claim event. The Contractor must present to the Contracting Authority the insurance contracts or certificates proving the existence of the insurance in the extent specified in this paragraph upon request of the Contracting Authority prior to the installation of the Equipment.
Other Obligations of the Contractor. 6.1 The Contractor shall inform the Client immediately, at the latest within 48 hours, if it becomes aware of violations of the protection of personal data processed on behalf of the Client.
6.2 The Contractor shall support the Client in preparing and updating the records of processing activities regarding the data processing performed by the Contractor on behalf of the Client, and, if necessary, in carrying out a data protection impact assessment. All necessary information and documentation must be made available to the Client immediately upon request.
6.3 If the Client is subject to an audit by a supervisory authority or other parties or if a data subjects requests to exercise its rights against the Client, the Contractor undertakes to support the Client to the necessary extent insofar as the personal data processed on behalf of the Client is affected.
6.4 The persons employed by the Contractor for the processing have committed themselves in writing to confidentiality, have been made familiar with the relevant provisions of all relevant data protection laws and are continuously appropriately instructed and monitored with regard to the fulfilment of data protection requirements.
6.5 The Contractor shall support the Client in complying with the obligations set out in Articles 32 to 36 GDPR, taking into account the type of processing and the information available to the Contractor.
6.6 The Client can contact the Contractor's data protection officer at any time if there should be any questions about data protection at the Contractor. The Contractor’s data protection officer is Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx (Tel. +00 (0)00 0000 0000, e-mail xxxxxxx@xx.xxxxxxxxx).

(2) The Contractor shall support the Customer in preparing and updating the records of processing activities with regard to the data processing performed by the Contractor on behalf of the Customer, and, if necessary, in carrying out a data protection impact assessment. All necessary information and documentation must be made available to the Customer immediately upon request.
(3) If the Customer is subject to inspection by a supervisory authority or if data subjects assert rights against the Contractor, the Contractor undertakes to support the Customer to the necessary extent insofar as the personal data processed on behalf of the Customer is affected.
(4) The persons employed by the Contractor for the processing have committed themselves in writing to confidentiality, have been made familiar with the relevant provisions of all relevant data protection laws and are continuously appropriately instructed and monitored with regard to the fulfilment of data protection requirements.
(5) The Contractor shall support the Customer in complying with the obligations set out in Articles 32 to 36 GDPR, taking into account the type of processing and the information available to the Contractor.
(6) The Contractor has appointed a competent and reliable person as data protection officer. The Customer may contact the data protection officer directly (xxxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx) for any questions with regard to data processing.
Other Obligations of the Contractor. 6.1 The Contractor shall inform the Client without undue delay, at the latest within 24 hours, if it becomes aware of any violations of the protection of Client's personal data.
6.2 In connection with the processing, the Contractor shall support the Client in creating and updating the register of processing activities and, if necessary, in conducting a data protection impact assess- ment. All required information and documentation shall be made available to the Client without un- due delay upon request.
6.3 If the Client is subject to inspection by supervisory authorities or other bodies or if data subjects assert rights against it, the Contractor undertakes to support the Client to the extent necessary insofar as the processing under the contract is affected.
6.4 The persons employed by the Contractor for processing have committed themselves in writing to confidentiality, have been familiarized with the relevant provisions of data protection and are in- structed and monitored appropriately on an ongoing basis with regard to compliance with data pro- tection requirements.
6.5 The Contractor shall assist the Client in complying with the obligations set out in Articles 32 to 36 of the GDPR, taking into account the nature of the processing and the information available to it.
6.6 The Client may contact the Contractor's data protection officer at any time with questions regarding data protection at the Contractor. The Contractor's data protection officer is attorney Xxxxxx Xxxx, e- mail xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Other Obligations of the Contractor. In addition to the obligations provided in this contract and its Appendices, THE CONTRACTOR is obliged to comply with any other obligation arising naturally and legally from the subject matter hereof and may be binding by being stated in any document thereof or in a statutory rule specifically applicable to it, which is accepted by THE CONTRACTOR.
Other Obligations of the Contractor. 30.1 The Contractor shall, in the performance of the Works undertaken under the Agreement, observe and adapt to the technologies used by the Client in the course of the Client’s activities and shall not impede or restrict the continuous operation of the plants/sites.
30.2 The Contractor may not modify the technical documentation, the instructions issued, the materials to be used or the works of art completed during the performance of the Agreement without the written consent of the Client.
30.3 The Contractor shall send a representative to the coordination meeting with the entrepreneurs concerned and to the meeting between the Client or its representative and the Contractor, with authority to be able to take decisions concerning the Works.
30.4 The Contractor's personnel shall not be allowed to enter the Client's worksites and premises without justification, to inspect its information carriers, or to use its office equipment without permission, in a manner incompatible with the performance of the Agreement.
30.5 The Contractor is prohibited from making public announcements or displaying advertisements in connection with the conclusion and performance of the Agreement without the prior written consent of the Client.
30.6 The Contractor undertakes to act in compliance with the provisions of Act CL of 2017 ("Art.") and PM Decree 13/2020 (XII. 23.), to record the data referred to in Article 113 of the Art. in the EKAER system, and not to delegate it to the recipient referred to as "Recipient" in the above legislation.
30.7 The Contractor shall notify the Client of the arrival of any eventual deliveries to the Client at least two days in advance to enable the Client to ensure entry and reception.

Other Obligations of the Contractor. (1) The contractor shall be obliged to keep a record of all categories of data processing activities performed on behalf of the customer, as stipulated in Art. 30 (2) GDPR. The record must be provided to the customer upon request.
(2) The contractor must help the customer carry out a data protection impact assessment in accordance with Art. 35 GDPR and provide assistance during any prior consultations with the supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 36
Other Obligations of the Contractor. 12.14.1 The Contractor shall provide the Authority with such incidental assistance as the Authority may reasonably require during the Term in respect of the supply of the Services.
12.14.2 Any change in the way in which the Contractor provides the Services which would materially increase the Authority's risk or materially reduce the effect of the governance provisions of the Agreement shall require the Authority's prior written approval.
12.14.3 The Contractor shall promptly warn the Authority whenever the Contractor has reasonable grounds to believe that any failure on the part of the Authority or any third party to carry out its obligations and responsibilities under or associated with this Agreement, or the manner in which they are carried out, may have, or threatens to have, a detrimental effect on the quality of the Services or the efficiency or cost (to the Authority) of their supply or the performance of any other obligations of the Contractor under this Agreement.
12.15.1 The Contractor shall submit a completed DEFFORM 68 Hazardous Articles, Materials or Substances Statement to SPVA MOD SHEF Manager (Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Room 6426, Xxxxxxxxx House, Norcross) in accordance with this Clause 12.15. The DEFFORM shall be forwarded as soon as practicable and not less than one month prior to the date of first delivery of any goods, materials or articles under the Agreement.
(a) each hazardous material or substance supplied in its own right or that might be released from a supplied Article during normal operation, maintenance, disposal or following an accident, and the Contractor shall also provide a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) in accordance with the extant Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) Regulations for that material or substance;
(b) each hazardous Article, material or substance supplied, provide safety information as required by the Health and Safety at Work, etc Xxx 0000 and any Regulations made under that Act;
(c) each Article which is or contains a substance covered by the REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 and the Contractor shall also supply an SDS in relation to that substance, to be updated if the Contractor becomes aware of a new hazard;
(d) for Articles, materials or substances which are ordnance, munitions or explosives, the Contractor shall additionally comply with the hazard reporting requirements of DEFSTAN 07-85 Design Requirements for Weapons and Associated Systems;
