PAINTING SERVICES. Contractor will perform the following Painting Services: (“Painting Services”). Contractor hereby undertakes that it shall follow the highest professional standards in performing the Painting Services and will comply with all relevant statutes, regulations or requirements of any competent authority. The Painting Services shall include: [ ] Removal of existing paint [ ] Washing and disinfection [ ] Application of Primer [ ] Application of number of paint coats [ ] Completing above acts for all rooms of Premises: Master Bed Room, Bath, Kitchen and their Ceilings [ ] Cleaning of paint drips, spills, over painting, etc.; [ ] Removing all of Contractor’s materials and debris from the Premises.

PAINTING SERVICES. ATI will perform the follow services to prepare and paint each unit.  ATI will protect surfaces, fixture and hardware as required to avoid extraneous paint coverage  Patching of nail holes left by previous residents  Caulking of baseboards and windows as required  Removal of switch plates  Single coat of matching color and type of paint as specified by owner/agent  Single coat of matching semi gloss for kitchen, bathroom, doors, frames, and window xxxxx  Should the unit require a second coat of paint; the cost will be an additional" 50% of the original amount as specified on individual service price.  Multicolor paint schemes and unit color changes are additional Unit Maintenance ATI will provide unit maintenance on a per unit basis. This service includes standard turnover repairs (i.e., installing switch and plug cover plates, blind replacement, toilet flapper and seat replacement, tub and countertop caulking, closet door leveling, light bulb and light fixture replacement, window screens, and door hardware).  Turnover repairs beyond normal wear and tear in ATI’s sole discretion (i.e. replacing of entire kitchen floor vinyl, counter top and cabinet replacement, replacement of all plugs and switches, all light fixtures) will be completed at a rate agreed upon by the Owner/Agent and ATI representative.  ATI will provide a parts list and a written proposal for any non standard punch out items as determined by checklist.  As part of this agreement, Owner/Agent will stock the unit with the required materials for punch-out. If requested by the Owner/Agent, ATI will provide required materials at an additional cost. Owner/Agent must authorize all purchases in writing prior to ATI purchasing materials.  The hourly rate for additional punch out related repairs will be billed at $45.00 per hour.

PAINTING SERVICES. The Customer wishes to obtain the Contractor’s services to perform the following work: (“Services”). The Services are to be performed at the following address: (“Property”).

The Customer agrees that any changes to the Services may result in additional charges and extend the Painting Schedule described in Section 3.

  • Installation Services 3.1 The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Mastectomy Services Inpatient This plan provides coverage for a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours in a hospital following a mastectomy and a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in a hospital following an axillary node dissection. Any decision to shorten these minimum coverages shall be made by the attending physician in consultation with and upon agreement with you. If you participate in an early discharge, defined as inpatient care following a mastectomy that is less than forty-eight (48) hours and inpatient care following an axillary node dissection that is less than twenty-four (24) hours, coverage shall include a minimum of one (1) home visit conducted by a physician or registered nurse.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Engineering Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Existing Services In the disconnection and sealing of services the Contractor is to comply with the requirements of the Authorities concerned and is to allow in his prices for serving all notices and paying all fees as necessary. The Contractor must take all necessary precautions and will be responsible for damage caused to any underground cables or services which exist on site.

  • Building Services Labor Law Article 9 applies to Contracts for building service work over $1,500 with a public agency, that: (i) involve the care or maintenance of an existing building, or (ii) involve the transportation of office furniture or equipment to or from such building, or (iii) involve the transportation and delivery of fossil fuel to such building, and (iv) the principal purpose of which is to furnish services through use of building service employees.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Scaling Services Scaling services shall be performed by Forest Service personnel or parties under contract to Forest Service, except that weighing services may be performed by personnel or parties approved by Forest Service. Scaling shall be provided in accordance with the instructions and specifications in A9. Scalers shall be currently certified to perform accurate Scaling services. The Scaling services provided shall be selected exclusively by Forest Service. Scaling services may be Continuous, Intermittent, or Extended. “Continuous Scaling Services” is Scaling at one site five (5) 8-hour shifts a week, exclusive of Sundays and Federal holidays. “Intermittent Scaling Services” are non-continuous Scaling services. “Extended Scaling Services” are Scaling services exceeding Continuous Scaling Services and may include Sundays and designated Federal holidays. Upon written request of Purchaser and approval of Contracting Officer, Forest Service may provide other services, such as but not limited to grading, tagging, or marking of Scaled logs.

  • WARRANTY – SERVICES The Contractor warrants and represents that all services to be provided the City under the Contract will be fully and timely performed in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with generally accepted industry standards and practices, the terms, conditions, and covenants of the Contract, and all applicable Federal, State and local laws, rules or regulations.
