ParentPay. At Arden we use an e-payment method to pay for dinner money, trips, departmental contributions and school fund contributions etc. This is done online using a very secure website called ParentPay or in cash at local stores where you see the PayPoint logo. Already have a ParentPay account? If you already have a ParentPay account, either at Arden or another ParentPay school, you can simply login to that account and add your child via the Add a child tab on your home page. You will need the below activation username and password to do this. Unfortunately, if you already have a ParentPay account for the above child at another school you cannot switch this over to Arden; you need to set up a new account but this can then be merged with other ParentPay accounts you may have. New to ParentPay? You have a secure online account, activated using a unique activation username and password; you will be prompted to change these and to keep them safe and secure as your Username and Password for future logins. ParentPay holds an electronic record of your payments to view at a later date. Once you have activated your account you can make online payments straight away. It is our aim to be a cashless school but we appreciate that some parents are unable to pay using debit or credit cards and so there is a facility to pay cash through Paypoint at an external location (e.g. the Co-op in Xxxxxxx Xxxxx). You will be issued with a child-specific barcode which you will hand to the cashier along with your money and they will credit your account. ParentPay. Marish Academy Trust is a cashless environment. All parents must register and activate their child’s account in ParentPay. Lunch bookings for all children (Reception-Year 6) must be made via ParentPay at least one day in advance-we do not allow same day lunch bookings as meals are cooked to order. Parents must ensure their child’s lunch account is regularly topped up and in credit. All school payments for trips, clubs etc. should also be made using ParentPay.

ParentPay. ParentPay is the system used by Oasis Academy Silvertown to ensure safe and secure payments of academy meals, breakfast and snacks. You will need to credit your account at the start of the term and check it regularly to ensure there is enough credit on the account for your child to eat lunch. As a parent or guardian you are required to top up your account regularly to make sure it is always in credit. The academy is unable to provide lunch for your child if there is not sufficient credit on your account (unless they are eligible for Free School Meals and your application has been approved by the Local Authority). The academy will not permit “negative” balance on any ParentPay account. ParentPay. Once your child has been enrolled at Queen’s Park Academy you will be sent an activation letter to enable you to access ParentPay. We use ParentPay for all payments to the school for trips, lunches, activities etc. and for booking lunches and the Mini Ambers Breakfast and After School clubs. In addition, all correspondence from the school is sent to parents/carers via the email address you register on ParentPay with, so it is essential that all parents/carers have activated their ParentPay accounts to ensure that important information is not missed. We no longer send paper copies of newsletters etc. The office staff are very happy to support parents/carers who have problems activating their account. MINI AMBERS For those parents needing child care we are able to offer breakfast and after school clubs at QPA as follows: Breakfast club runs Monday to Friday from 7.40am – 8.40am (term time only) and includes a healthy breakfast of toast, cereal, yogurt and a juice drink, the cost is £2.30 per session. After school club runs Monday to Friday from 3.15pm – 5.45pm (term time only). There are activities and games offered to the children alongside an opportunity to complete homework. A snack and drink are also provided, the cost is £7.50 per session. Please contact the school office for a booking form if you would like to enrol your child. Once this is received you are able to book and pay for this on ParentPay. We also run holiday clubs during all school holidays, information on the cost and location for these is available in advance of each holiday period. Please note that these clubs are for ages 5 – 11.
