Payment Eligibility. (a) Prior to the start of the 2019/2020 Academic Year, the call payment rates set out in the 2014-2019 Collective Agreement apply and consist of the following:

Officers whose salary, including allowances specified in subclause (g) of this clause, is greater than CSOF Level 6.M will not be eligible to receive payment unless the Delegate specifically approves this payment. Allowances will be calculated using the officer’s annual salary, including allowances specified in subclause (g) of this clause, provided that if this salary exceeds CSOF Level 4.M, allowances will be calculated by substituting CSOF Level 4.M for the officer’s annual salary in subclause (h).
Payment Eligibility. 4.1 The Municipality has the absolute discretion to determine eligibility for any Incentive Payment under this Program. The decision of the Municipality is final.
