Payment Eligibility. (a) Prior to the start of the 2019/2020 Academic Year, the call payment rates set out in the 2014-2019 Collective Agreement apply and consist of the following:
(i) Overnight Call Shift that is an In-Hospital Call - $100
(ii) Overnight Call Shift that is an Out-of-Hospital Call - $50
(iii) Weekend Day Call Shift and Evening Call Shift that are In-Hospital Call - $50
(iv) Converted Call Shift - $100
(v) Full Weekend Call Shift that is an In-Hospital Call - $200
(vi) Full Weekend Call Shift that is an Out-of-Hospital Call - $100
(b) For the 2019/2020 Academic Year, the 2020/2021 Academic Year and the 2021/2022 Academic Year, subject to Article 21.05 (b) and (d) below, as applicable, the following call payment rates apply:
(i) Overnight Call Shift that is an In-Hospital Call - $120
(ii) Overnight Call Shift that is an Out-of-Hospital Call - $60
(iii) Weekend Day Call Shift and Evening Call Shift that are In-Hospital Call - $60
(iv) Converted Call Shift - $120
(v) Full Weekend Call Shift that is an In-Hospital Call - $240
(vi) Full Weekend Call Shift that is an Out-of-Hospital Call - $120
Payment Eligibility. 3.2.1 No payments for an apprentice or trainee will be made until a User Choice Application has been submitted and a training contract is approved and recorded on the training contract database (sometimes referred to as DELTA or TrainingNet).
3.2.2 A User Choice Schedule of Purchased Programs will not be issued retrospectively unless the RTO can prove extenuating circumstances. An application, in writing, outlining reasons is to be submitted to the Manager, Apprenticeships and Traineeships, email:
3.2.3 The RTO will be eligible to receive payment for the delivery of training to an Apprentice or Trainee as provided for in Schedule 1.2 – Payments, AVETMISS Reporting and VET Research & Evaluation when:
3.2.3.1 approval of the training contract by the Tasmanian Traineeships and Apprenticeships Committee, its recording on the Skills Tasmania database – DELTA/TrainingNet, and the issuing of a registration number;
3.2.3.2 completion of a training plan, as required in the Service Obligations; and
3.2.3.3 completion of a minimum of four (4) weeks employment under the current training contract.
3.2.4 Where a RTO commences delivery of training prior to the approval of the training contract it does so at its own risk. The RTO is advised by Skills Tasmania when a training contract, nominating it as the RTO, has been approved.
Payment Eligibility. Unless otherwise approved in advance by the County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) Grants Administrator (hereinafter “grants administrator”), only an actual cash disbursement by Milpitas for a claimed expense shall be eligible for reimbursement by the County as approved and specified in Exhibit A, SHSGP Project Funding, which is attached and hereby incorporated into this Agreement.
Payment Eligibility. Esterline will provide the Executive severance pay if one of the following events occurs during the “protection period”:
(a) Esterline decides to end the Executive’s employment without “cause”; or (b) the Executive resigns from Xxxxxxxxx’x employ for “good reason.” The protection period begins when the Executive moves his residence to the United States and ends with the earlier of: (c) his normal retirement date, February 1, 2018; or (d) with any future agreement the parties might reach involving a re-assignment to a position in the United Kingdom or in France. Payment eligibility is further conditioned on the Executive signing the full release of claims on Attachment A, or such similar form satisfactory to Esterline at the time.
Payment Eligibility. Officers whose salary, including allowances specified in subclause (g) of this clause, is greater than CSOF Level 6.M will not be eligible to receive payment unless the Delegate specifically approves this payment. Allowances will be calculated using the officer’s annual salary, including allowances specified in subclause (g) of this clause, provided that if this salary exceeds CSOF Level 4.M, allowances will be calculated by substituting CSOF Level 4.M for the officer’s annual salary in subclause (h).
Payment Eligibility. (a) Commencing Block 8 of the 2022/23 Academic Year and subject to Article 21.05(c), the following call payment rates apply:
(i) Evening Call - $70
(ii) Weekday Overnight Call that is an In-Hospital Call - $140
(iii) Weekday Overnight Call that is an Out-of-Hospital Call - $70 (iv) Converted Weekday Overnight Call - $140
Payment Eligibility. 4.1 The Municipality has the absolute discretion to determine eligibility for any Incentive Payment under this Program. The decision of the Municipality is final.

Payment Eligibility. Payment for accrued but unused sick leave shall be made only to separated former employees who:
a. have separated from service; and
b. as of the date of separation had accrued sick leave credit of no less than sixty (60) days; and
c. as of the date of separation had:
i. no less than twenty (20) years of service, or
ii. reached sixty years of age, or iii. separated early because of disability.
Payment Eligibility. Payment will be subject to the following conditions: • the restriction situation will be imposed by prior written direction, or subsequently approved in writing; • the provisions of clause 70 (Emergency Duty) will not apply where an employee is recalled to duty while restricted • where an employee who has been placed on restriction duty is not contactable or available to perform extra duty outside of the employee’s ordinary hours of duty, he or she will not be paid the restriction allowance for the period they are not contactable or available.
