Payment of Accrued Vacation. Upon the cessation for any reason whatsoever of the Employee’s employment with the Employer, the Employee will receive a payout of any accrued unused vacation pay, calculated in accordance with the minimum requirements of Ontario’s Employment Standards Act, 2000, S.O. 2000, c. 41 as amended.
Payment of Accrued Vacation. On the Closing Date, the Executive will be paid an amount in a single lump sum equal to his accrued but unused vacation as of the Closing Date, subject to and conditioned upon the Executive remaining continuously employed by the Company from the date hereof through the Closing Date.
Payment of Accrued Vacation. A nurse who is laid off shall have the right, at the time of layoff, to receive accrued vacation pay upon written request to the Hospital.
Payment of Accrued Vacation. Vacation earned beginning July 1 pursuant to Article 17.3.7 shall be taken by the following June 30. Any unusable earned vacation in excess of the maximum accrual pursuant to Article 17.3.7 shall be paid to unit members by August 15 of each year.
17.9.1 Unusable earned vacation is defined as calendared vacation days which the District is unable to accommodate due to the unit members job assignment.

4. Paragraph 7 of the Original Agreement is hereby amended by deleting subparagraphs 7(d) and 7(e), and substituting the following subparagraphs 7(d) through 7(j):
Payment of Accrued Vacation. Employeeswhohaveaccumulated vacationtime shall be eligible to receive, upon separation from service, payment of unused vacation at the employee's base rate of pay for up to 200 hours. All vacation payouts will be compensated in the form of a lump sum payment. In the event of death of an employee, all earned vacation of the deceased shall be paid to the employee's spouse, if living, otherwise to theestate of the deceased employee. There may be a clearance period of up tothree weeks from the effective date of the employee's termination until the accrued vacation is paid. Payment for vacation or other pay may be withheld if the employee is in any way indebted to the County, or is in possession of County equipment or property.
Payment of Accrued Vacation. From May 1, 2005 through the Termination Date, instead of being paid your regular salary, you will be paid your accrued but unused vacation pay, until it is exhausted. During this period, you will not continue to accrue additional vacation time, but you will be covered at your current level of coverage under the existing Keynote benefit plans and, with respect to any stock options granted to you, you will continue to vest any unvested shares (subject to the grant documents pertaining to those options).
Payment of Accrued Vacation. Within fifteen days following the Resignation Date, the Company shall pay Executive the full amount of the 33.25 days of accrued but untaken vacation pay owing Executive as of the Resignation Date.
