Permits, Licences and Approvals. (a) Project Co shall:
(i) obtain, maintain, pay for (including all fees and deposits) and, as applicable, renew all Project Co Permits, Licences and Approvals which may be required for the performance of the Work, which payments, fees and deposits which were in force as at the Submission Date are included in the Guaranteed Price; and
(ii) give the required notices and comply with all Permits, Licences and Approvals in accordance with their terms.
(b) Where Project Co Permits, Licences and Approvals have requirements that may impose any conditions, liabilities or obligations on Owner or any Owner Party, Project Co shall not obtain such Project Co Permits, Licences and Approvals without the prior written consent of Owner, not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, provided that Owner shall not be responsible for obtaining or for the failure of Project Co to obtain any Project Co Permit, Licence or Approval. Owner shall comply, or shall require compliance, with any conditions, liabilities or obligations that are imposed on Owner or any Owner Party by the requirements of any Project Co Permit, Licence or Approval obtained with Owner’s consent.
Permits, Licences and Approvals. Prior to commencement of this Agreement, PROVIDER and RECIPIENT shall, at their own expense:
(a) Make or cause to be made all necessary prerequisite applications for the consents to the Permit-Issuing Organization and shall diligently pursue all such applications and shall use all reasonable efforts to maintain the consents in effect once obtained and;
(b) Give all required notices and allow all required inspections under all consents obtained in connection with that transfer. The information supplied in the applications shall be complete and accurate and shall satisfy the substantive and procedural requirements of the applicable laws of the United Republic of Tanzania or of the other country where the MATERIAL is transferred.
Permits, Licences and Approvals. 3.5.1 The Concessionaire will at its sole cost:
3.5.1.1 obtain all Permits, Licences and Approvals (other than Province Permits, Licences and Approvals, but including, for greater certainty, all permissions, consents, approvals, certificates, permits, licences, statutory agreements and authorizations and all consents, approvals and agreements from third parties required under or pursuant to any Province Permits, Licences and Approvals);
3.5.1.2 renew or extend, as applicable, all Permits, Licences and Approvals (including Province Permits, Licences and Approvals unless otherwise indicated in Part 5 of Schedule 5 [List of Permits, Licences and Approvals]); and
3.5.1.3 comply with and maintain in good standing each Permit, Licence and Approval (including each Province Permit, Licence and Approval) in accordance with its terms including complying with all requirements and obligations in respect of Province Permits, Licences and Approvals set forth or referred to in Part 5 of Schedule 5 [List of Permits, Licences and Approvals], other than those identified in Schedule 12 [Concessionaire’s Environmental Obligations] as being the responsibility of the Province.
3.5.2 Where Permits, Licences and Approvals required to be obtained by the Concessionaire have requirements that may impose any conditions, liabilities, obligations or costs on the Province or BCTFA, the Concessionaire will not obtain such Permits, Licences and Approvals without the prior consent of the Province or BCTFA (as the case may be) (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) and the Concessionaire will indemnify and hold the Province or BCTFA (as the case may be) harmless in respect of, the satisfaction and performance of all such conditions, liabilities and obligations and for the payment of all such costs; provided, however, that neither the Province nor BCTFA will be responsible for obtaining or for the failure of the Concessionaire to obtain any such Permit, Licence or Approval.
3.5.3 Each of the Province and BCTFA will at the Concessionaire’s cost provide all information and administrative assistance as the Concessionaire may reasonably request and it may reasonably be able to provide in connection with the application for or the renewal or extension of any Permit, Licence and Approval, and, if requested, will execute such applications as are required to be in its name, to assist the Concessionaire in obtaining, renewing or extending the Permit, Licence or Approval. STEGH shall comply, or shall require compliance, with any conditions, liabilities or obligations that are imposed on STEGH or any STEGH Party by the requirements of any Project Co Permit, Licence or Approval obtained with STEGH’s consent.
(c) STEGH shall provide Project Co with such information and administrative assistance as Project Co may reasonably require in relation to the Project Co Permits, Licences and Approvals.
Permits, Licences and Approvals. 2.1 The Contractor, in consultation with the Company’s Representative, must obtain copies of, and ensure compliance with the conditions and requirements of, all relevant approvals, permits and licences in connection with the Contractor’s performance of the Contract.
2.2 The Contractor must, at its own expense:
a) obtain and maintain all approvals, permits and licences, give all notices and pay all fees and deposits required by any laws in connection with the Contractor’s performance of the Contract;
b) prepare and supply any additional documents and drawings which may be required by any law.
2.3 Prior to the issue of a Certificate of Contract Completion, and on demand by the Company at any time, the Contractor must provide copies of:
a) any documents in connection with the Contract which are issued by, or evidence the approval of statutory, public, municipal or other competent authorities;
b) agreements, licences, tickets, certificates and other documents relating to the operation and maintenance of the Goods, Plant and Works, associated with the Contract; and
c) any other documents in its possession evidencing compliance with this Contract.
Permits, Licences and Approvals. UNICEF shall (where it is in a position to do so) provide reasonable assistance to the Contractor at the request of the Contractor in relation to the Contractor’s applications for any permits, licences or approvals which are required by the laws of the country in which the Works are to be provided for the delivery of goods and materials, including through customs.

(i) obtain, maintain, and, as applicable, renew all Permits, Licences and Approvals which may be required for the performance of the Project Operations; and obtain or renew such Permits, Licences and Approvals without the prior written consent of HMQ, not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, provided that neither HMQ nor any Province Person shall be responsible for obtaining or for the failure of Project Co to obtain any Permits, Licences and Approvals or for the failure of Project Co to renew any Permits, Licences and Approvals. HMQ shall comply, or shall require compliance, with any conditions, liabilities or obligations as are imposed on HMQ or any Province Person by the requirements of any Permits, Licences and Approvals obtained with HMQ's consent under this Section 9.4(b).
