PLANT VISITATION. An authorized representative of the Union, after contacting a Company representative designated by it for such purpose, and arranging for a convenient time, shall be permitted to visit the office of the Company or to visit the Company's shop to investigate any matter covered by this Agreement, but they shall in no way interfere with the progress of the work.
PLANT VISITATION. The authorized Business Representative of the Union shall be allowed to visit the office of the Employer during normal business hours. After notifying the Manager of Plant operations of the visit, they will be permitted access to the Employer’s shop during working hours to investigate any matter covered by this Collective Agreement but shall in no way interfere with the progress of the work. If the authorized Business Representative of the Union needs to speak with a Union Member during a visit, they may do so during the Union Member’s authorized breaks.
PLANT VISITATION. 26.01 Union Representatives, who are not directly employed by the Company, desiring to visit the Company’s premises must first contact the General Manager.
PLANT VISITATION. Authorized Representatives of the International Union shall be permitted to visit the plant or operations of the Employer during working hours. The Representative will notify the Employer prior to entering the plant or operation and will not interfere with the operations being conducted by the employees.
PLANT VISITATION. A duly authorized representative of the Union, designated in writing, after notice to the Executive Director or Supervisor in charge, during reasonable business hours, shall be admitted to the Administrative office and meeting area of the Solid Waste Complex for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not this Agreement is being enforced, assisting in the adjustment of grievances and for investigation of complaints that the contract is being breached. Upon request, the Union representative shall state the purpose of his visit. In the event the visit requires the Union representative to enter the operating areas of the Landfill, the Union representative shall be accompanied by a representative of management. Such visits shall not interfere with, hamper or obstruct normal operations.
PLANT VISITATION. 29.01 Where a full time representative of the Union wishes to meet with a member of the bargaining unit, such representative will obtain the prior permission of the Company, and where such permission is granted and not unreasonably withheld, the Union representative will be allowed to meet with such member of the bargaining unit in a space designated by the Company in its offices.
PLANT VISITATION. An officer or duly accredited representative of the Union may be permitted to visit the plant provided the officer or accredited representative has given at least twenty-four (24) hours notice of the intended visit and then only after prior authorization from the Superintendent, or his designee, has been given. An escort may be provided at the discretion of the Superintendent, or his designee. The foregoing notice shall not be required if the officer or accredited representative comes to the office of the Executive Director for the presentation or discussion of grievance, or for a meeting, which has been previously scheduled and agreed upon and/or in case of emergency. Any plant visitation, as hereinabove provided, shall not interfere with the conduct of the Authority's business or with the duties of any of its employees.
PLANT VISITATION. 6.01 Authorized representatives of the Union shall be permitted to visit the location of the Employer during working hours. Meetings shall be arranged such that no conflict arises between clients of the Cafeteria and the services of our employees. The representative will pre-notify the Cafeteria manager and/or the Employer prior to each visit. Access may be denied should the client object. Access will not unreasonably be denied to the representative.

PLANT VISITATION. Authorized representatives of the Union shall have access to the Company's premises, providing they do not cause workmen to neglect their work, and having first obtained clearance from the Company.
