Professional Conduct & Disciplinary Procedures. A. The District may adopt rules and regulations not in conflict with the terms of this Agreement governing the professional conduct of teachers, and agrees to make such rules and regulations available to teachers at least fourteen (14) days before being placed in effect. No Non-Classroom Professionals (NCP) shall be suspended, discharged, demoted, reprimanded, or reduced in rank or compensation without reasonable and just cause. This paragraph shall not apply to non-renewal of probationary teacher contracts and shall not be applied or construed in such a manner as to violate PERA section 15(3)(M).
