Project Control Group. 5.23.1 The Principal and the Contractor intend for the Contract to be performed within a co-operative and trusting working relationship between the parties. Where required by the Special Conditions, a Project Control Group (PCG) aimed at achieving this intention will be established prior to commencement of any works on Site. 5.23.2 The PCG shall be made up of: (a) a representative nominated by the Principal, which may include a representative from the Ministry of Education’s Schools Infrastructure Group, a School Property Advisor and/or any other agent of the Principal employed for this purpose; (b) the Engineer; and (c) one representative from the Contractor. 5.23.3 The Engineer shall chair the meetings and take the minutes of meeting. 5.23.4 The Principal or Engineer may request the presence of one representative from the School Board of Trustees or the School principal, the architect or the quantity surveyor at certain PCG meetings as the Principal or the Engineer (as the case may be) considers necessary. 5.23.5 The PCG shall work for the entire project duration and be responsible for providing the project with direction on all matters in which delivery of the Contract Works can be improved in terms of quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness. No consideration or concurrence of any members of the PCG will have any effect to the Contract unless the Engineer gives the Contractor a written instruction, and no decision of the PCG shall have any effect on the Contract unless the Engineer gives the Contractor a written instruction and for the avoidance of doubt, no decision at a PCG meeting shall constitute a Variation unless it is instructed in writing by the Engineer in accordance with Section 9. The Engineer shall provide prompt decisions and approvals for the PCG. The Contractor shall provide advice to the PCG on all matters relating to the construction of the Contract Works. 5.23.6 The Contractor must deliver to the Principal, and to the other regular PCG members, a monthly status report on the progress of the Contract Works, in a form which is acceptable to the Principal. The Engineer may, at any time, require that the Contractor provide a special status report. The Contractor must deliver that special status report to the Engineer within five Working Days of receiving the request. A status report must be provided as a requirement of Practical Completion of each Separable Portion of the Contract Works.

Project Control Group. 11.1 Within 6 months of execution of this Agreement by the Developer, Landcom and the Landowner, the Parties agree to form the PCG. 11.2 The PCG is to be comprised of the representatives of all Parties noted on the Summary Sheet, or a replacement representative of a Party, notified in writing by the Party to the other Parties. 11.3 The PCG is to have the following functions: 11.3.1 ensure that the design and specifications of the Major Facilities are progressed and determine the period of time for the purposes of clause 13.5; 11.3.2 agree on an appropriate system to ensure the quality of the construction of Major Facilities, including monitoring of the construction of Major Facilities; 11.3.3 monitor the making of Development Applications by the Developer; 11.3.4 monitor and manage the Developer’s compliance with its obligations under this Agreement, including in relation to the provision of Contribution Items; 11.3.5 manage, on request by the parties, the delivery of Contribution Items; and 11.3.6 any other functions specified in this Agreement, or agreed between the Parties from time to time. 11.4 The first meeting of the PCG is to occur within 7 days of the formation of the PCG, and thereafter, the PCG is to meet twice annually on dates to be agreed at the first meeting of the PCG, and at other times as agreed by the Parties. 11.5 The PCG is to determine the procedures which are to govern the operation of the PCG, including meetings procedures. 11.6 Decisions of the PCG are to be made unanimously by all members of the PCG entitled to vote on a matter, subject to any contrary provision in this Agreement. 11.7 The PCG may determine that decisions on particular matters, or particular classes of matters, can be made in some other manner. 11.8 Landcom is not entitled to vote on any matter other than a matter in respect of which it has obligations under this Agreement. 11.9 Landcom and GDC 1 cannot both vote on the same matter. 11.10 GDC 1 is only entitled to vote on matters relating to or in connection with which GDC 1 is the Developer. 11.11 GDC 2 is only entitled to vote on matters relating to or in connection with which GDC 2 is the Developer. 11.12 The Landowner is not entitled to vote on any matter. 11.13 The Developer is to prepare a Project Quality Plan for each Major Facility at its own cost prior to commencing construction, which details the matters agreed by the PCG under clause 11.3.2 for that Major Facility.
Project Control Group. The Recipient appointing a suitably qualified internal Project Control Group, with delegated authority to make decisions on behalf of the Recipient regarding the design and delivery of the Project. The DLGSC reserves the right to appoint a non-voting representative to the Project Control Group.
Project Control Group a) The Territory will establish the Project Control Group to facilitate the development of the Project. Membership of the Project Control Group will comprise agencies of the Territory that administer legislation relevant to the Project. b) The purpose of the Project Control Group is to: i) identify, clarify and resolve key issues relating to the Project; and ii) co-ordinate the activities of the agencies of the Territory to ensure a whole of government approach to the Project, efficient engagement between the Territory and the Proponent, and provision of appropriate responses to the Proponent. c) Membership of the Project Control Group by agencies of the Territory may vary over time depending upon the issues identified by the Proponent or the Territory but is anticipated to include representatives from the following Territory agencies: i) Department of Primary Industry and Resources; ii) Department of Trade, Business and Innovation; iii) Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics; and iv) Department of Attorney-General and Justice, d) The Project Control Group will report to the Territory’s Job sub-committee or other committees as determined from time to time by the Territory. e) The Project Control Group will meet at regular intervals as determined from time to time by the Territory. f) The Proponent may attend meetings of the Project Control Group where agreed to in advance by the Territory.
Project Control Group. (a) (establishment) The parties will establish a Project Control Group to monitor progress of the Project comprising of two representatives of the Department and two representatives of the Council or as otherwise agreed. (b) (meeting frequency) The Project Control Group must meet monthly or as otherwise agreed by the parties. (c) (decisions not binding) No decision of the Project Control Group will constitute a variation of the rights and obligations of a party under the Project Deed unless the parties enter into a deed of variation. The Project Control Group may make recommendations to the parties, however, it cannot grant any approvals of either party required under the Project Deed.
Project Control Group. The parties agree: (a) to establish a Project Control Group; and (b) that the Project Control Group may hold a meeting every month, or other such period as agreed between the parties, during the Term to: (i) assess the progress of the Project; (ii) identify any issues which is hindering or may hinder the progress of the Project; (iii) develop strategies to rectify any issues which is hindering or may hinder the progress of the Project; and (iv) deal with any other matter in relation to the Project which may arise from time to time.

Project Control Group. ‌ (a) The parties must, within 10 Business Days after the Commencement Date, establish the Project Control Group consisting of three representatives appointed by the City and three representatives appointed by RMS. (b) The Project Control Group must meet at least: (i) fortnightly until construction of the Works commences; and (ii) monthly from commencement of the construction of the Works until the Date of Practical Completion for the last Works Portion, or more regularly as agreed between the parties. (c) RMS must procure that the Alliance Manager report in relation to progress of the Works at each meeting of the Project Control Group. (d) The Project Control Group will be responsible for reviewing: (i) the progress of the Works and the timing of Practical Completion, including with respect to the Works Program; (ii) access issues, including any anticipated changes by RMS to the Works Program; and (iii) the parties' compliance with their obligations under this Agreement. (e) RMS is responsible for preparing minutes of meetings of the Project Control Group and for preparation of action lists of matters that need to be undertaken or pursued following each such meeting. (f) No member of the Project Control Group has any power to bind the parties to any act, matter or thing otherwise than pursuant to an express written authority to do so given from time to time by any party.
