Design Meetings. (a) In order to obtain input in the preparation of, and prior to submitting, the Design Development Submittals and the Construction Document Submittals, the Parties will hold design review meetings (the “Design Review Meetings”) with the CTC Design Team and hold user group design workshops (the “Design Workshops”) beginning immediately after Commercial Close upon the following terms:
Design Meetings. The ENGINEER will meet at reasonable customary intervals to provide a close liaison with the OWNER and other recognized authorities having jurisdiction in regard to the engineering phases of the project. One (1) meeting is included in this agreement at 30% (in-person) stage of the project.
Design Meetings. Callaway Golf and Licensee shall, if requested by Callaway Golf, for each season, have the following formal seasonal product development meetings: 1) Concept Meeting; 2) Design Review Meeting; and 3)
Design Meetings. One (1) kickoff and five (5) design meetings with the Client are included in the fee to review program needs, assessment results, design options and progress.
Design Meetings. The Engineer will meet with the Owner and State of Vermont Department representatives at reasonable intervals to review and provide input on the project. One (1) kick-off meeting, one (1) review meeting at 60% complete and one (1) review meeting at 90% complete are budgeted. These meetings may be done in person or via an electronic meeting format acceptable to all parties. For the “90% design review” draft, sets of blueprints of the construction drawings, the specifications, and the contract documents shall be provided by the ENGINEER as follows:

During the design phases of the Improvements, if Tenant shall meet with the Architect to review and discuss the significant aspects of the design documents as then completed, Landlord's Representative shall attend any or all such meetings as and when requested by Tenant upon reasonable prior notice.
