Project General Requirements:. General Requirements 1) The Network Software will provide functions and reports required to effectively manage the AMI system including monitoring the health of the network. Diagnostic and network status reports are provided. Standard reports and sample screen shots are included in the system overview provided. 2) For the period from the effective date of the AMI System Agreement until two years after the date of final system acceptance, Itron will provide the City with complementary registrations for any User Group Conferences or similar training activities designed to increase the training and proficiency in the use of Itron’s AMI system equipment and software. The City will be responsible for all other costs of attendance. Itron must give notice to the City within sixty (60) days prior to such conferences. Notice is given far in advance of the conference. Complementary Conference registration is available for up to 5 attendees at no charge, additional attendees would be required to pay a registration fee. 1) A baseline technical architecture document (TAD) is to be constructed during the mobilization phase and updated as needed throughout the project. 2) The City requires an interface between Itron’s MDM and the City’s (CIS) to enable transfer of meter readings, synchronization of databases, customer service functions, measures to protect data security, etc., and interfaces with the City’s geographic information system (GIS) and hydraulic model. The City will provide the record layout for its CIS, CMMS, GIS, SCADA, and hydraulic model, and expects NMAAI/Itron to tailor interfaces from its AMI system software to these other systems. The City IT staff will work closely with the AMI Provider to ensure that this is accomplished efficiently. However, Itron/NMAAI is solely responsible for ensuring that data from its system is being transferred properly to the City’s CIS, CMMS, GIS, SCADA, and hydraulic model databases. 3) NMAAI will provide the MDI Adapter for interface to Billing system. During the workshops additional information will be defined to fully scope the required interfaces between all systems mentioned. Project General Requirements:. (A) all EVSEs intended to support inter-city travel are located adjacent to, or within approximately one kilometre from heavily travelled highway interchanges/intersections or within 10 kilometres of a provincial/state border, or both. In addition, the Partner will not change any EVSE location at any Site or from one Site to another without the prior written approval of KSI; (B) all EVSE intended to support in-city travel are located close to major trip attractors such as retail, hospitality and recreation locations, workplaces, condominiums, and multi-unit dwellings; (C) all EVSE are publicly accessible and available for use year-round during the Operation Period; (D) for inter-city EVSEs, a 24-hour toll-free customer assistance number will be provided by KSI at each EVSE so that electric vehicle drivers can call to report equipment outages, malfunctions or other damage, and to obtain assistance with point-of-sale and customer authentication systems, or to request assistance operating the EVSE; (E) each EVSE provides a safe connection between the source of electricity and the vehicle and communicates with the vehicle's control system to ensure electricity flows at the proper voltage and current; (F) each EVSE Site Host Location is highly visible and easily accessible; (G) if an EVSE needs to be relocated during the Operation Period, the Partner will give KSI 90 days prior written Notice and obtain KSI's prior written approval for any such relocation. The Partner shall bear all expense related to any EVSE relocation during the Operation Period. The Partner shall retain the services of KSI with respect to any EVSE relocation; and

  • Operational Requirements 4 At-Sea Monitors are deployed, in accordance with coverage rates developed by 5 NMFS and as assigned through the Pre-Trip Notification System (PTNS), to 6 vessels. Due to availability of funding, changes in the fishery management, 7 such as emergency closures, court ordered closures, weather, and unforeseen 8 events must remain flexible. Additional funding for sea days may be added to 9 the contract within the scope and maximum allowable sea days. 10 The following items define the operational services to be provided by the 11 contractor under this contract.

  • General Requirement Any notice, election, demand, request, consent, approval, or other communication required or permitted to be given under this Contract shall be in writing signed by an officer or duly authorized representative of the party making same and shall be delivered personally or shall be sent by certified or statutory mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, shall be effective as of the date on which it is received or would have been received but for the refusal of the addressee to accept delivery, and shall be addressed as shown in the Contract. The persons and addresses to which notices should be given may be changed by notice given in accordance with this Article.

  • Additional Requirements As a condition precedent to the execution and Delivery, the registration of issuance, transfer, split-up, combination or surrender, of any ADS, the delivery of any distribution thereon, or the withdrawal of any Deposited Property, the Depositary or the Custodian may require (i) payment from the depositor of Shares or presenter of ADSs or of an ADR of a sum sufficient to reimburse it for any tax or other governmental charge and any stock transfer or registration fee with respect thereto (including any such tax or charge and fee with respect to Shares being deposited or withdrawn) and payment of any applicable fees and charges of the Depositary as provided in Section 5.9 and Exhibit B, (ii) the production of proof reasonably satisfactory to it as to the identity and genuineness of any signature or any other matter contemplated by Section 3.1, and (iii) compliance with (A) any laws or governmental regulations relating to the execution and Delivery of ADRs or ADSs or to the withdrawal of Deposited Securities and (B) such reasonable regulations as the Depositary and the Company may establish consistent with the provisions of the representative ADR, if applicable, the Deposit Agreement and applicable law.

  • Procedural and Operational Requirements By accepting and using the Financial Assistance awarded under this Agreement and for this Program Element, LPHA agrees to conduct the following activities in accordance with the indicated procedural and operational requirements: a. LPHA must operate its Communicable Disease program in accordance with the Requirements and Standards for the Control of Communicable Disease set forth in ORS Chapters 431, 432, 433 and 437 and OAR Chapter 333, Divisions 12, 17, 18, 19 and 24, as such statutes and rules may be amended from time to time. b. LPHA must use all reasonable means to investigate in a timely manner all reports of Reportable Diseases, infections, or conditions. To identify possible sources of infection and to carry out appropriate control measures, the LPHA Administrator shall investigate each report following procedures outlined in OHA’s Investigative Guidelines or other procedures approved by OHA. OHA may provide assistance in these investigations, in accordance with OAR 333-019-0000. As part of its Communicable Disease control program, LPHA must, within its service area, investigate the Outbreaks of Communicable Diseases, institute appropriate Communicable Disease control measures, and submit required information in a timely manner regarding the Outbreak to OHA in Orpheus (or Opera for COVID-19 Cases and XXXXX for COVID-19 contacts) as prescribed in OHA CD Investigative Guidelines available at: d. LPHA must establish and maintain a single telephone number whereby physicians, hospitals, other health care providers, OHA and the public can report Communicable Diseases and Outbreaks to LPHA 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. LPHA may employ an answering service or 911 system, but the ten-digit number must be available to callers from outside the local emergency dispatch area, and LPHA must respond to and investigate reported Communicable Diseases and Outbreaks. e. LPHA must attend Communicable Disease 101 and Communicable Disease 303 training. f. LPHA must attend monthly Orpheus user group meetings or monthly Orpheus training webinars.

  • Functional Requirements Applications must implement controls that protect against known vulnerabilities and threats, including Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) Top 10 Risks and denial of service (DDOS) attacks.

  • DEVELOPMENTAL REQUIREMENTS The Personal Development Plan (PDP) for addressing developmental gaps is attached as Annexure B.

  • Special Requirements Additional terms and conditions of this Agreement, if any, which are made a part hereof are set forth in the “Special Requirements” attached hereto as Exhibit “B” and incorporated herein by this reference. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of Exhibit “B” and any other provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of Exhibit “B” shall govern.

  • Personnel Requirements a. The CONTRACTOR shall secure, at the CONTRACTOR'S own expense, all personnel required to perform this Contract. b. The CONTRACTOR shall ensure that the CONTRACTOR'S employees or agents are experienced and fully qualified to engage in the activities and perform the services required under this Contract, and that all applicable licensing and operating requirements imposed or required under federal, state, or county law, and all applicable accreditation and other standards of quality generally accepted in the field of the activities of such employees and agents are complied with and satisfied.
