Project Management and Monitoring and Evaluation. Providing technical and operational assistance to the Project Coordination Unit and the Project Management Units for the management of the Project, including on monitoring and evaluation, financial management, procurement, environmental and social safeguards, and communications.
Project Management and Monitoring and Evaluation. (a) Project Management: Provision of support to Project implementation entities through the acquisition of goods, such as vehicles and office equipment and supplies, the provision of technical advisory services and training and the financing of Operating Costs.
Project Management and Monitoring and Evaluation. Provision of technical assistance, equipment, training, and operating costs to the PCU for use in implementing, managing and supervising the Project, including, inter alia, the monitoring and evaluation systems, independent evaluations, audits and workshops for staff of the PCU. Provision of technical assistance, equipment and operating costs, as needed, to the RIC and the Participating Agencies for use in developing and implementing a parcel-level, spatial data infrastructure system, including, inter alia, workshops for the RIC and the Participating Agencies.
Project Management and Monitoring and Evaluation. Technical assistance and operational support to PIU for Project management, monitoring and evaluation and, including inter alia, for:
(a) design and implementation of an impact evaluation study relying on the observations and assessment supported under Part 1.1 of the Project;
(b) verification of PBC Targets; and
(c) carrying out of outreach and communication activities to raise awareness to families on the ECEC benefits.
Project Management and Monitoring and Evaluation. (A) Carrying out the financial management and safeguards support functions for the entire Project, and monitoring and evaluating Part 1(A) of the Project; and
(B) Carrying out: (i) management of activities under Parts 1(B) and 2 of the Project; (ii) procurement functions for the entire Project; and (iii) monitoring and evaluation activities under Parts 1(b) and 2 of the Project.
Project Management and Monitoring and Evaluation. 3.1 Supporting the establishment and operations of the PIU, including: (a) carrying out audits, training, operating costs, and the acquisition of goods to build up the necessary internal capacity of the staff in the PIU.
3.2 Supporting the PIU in monitoring and evaluation with emphasizing gender and social protection issues through inter alia: (a) carrying out environmental and social safeguards, financial management, procurement, and capacity-building requirements for the Project; (b) carrying out data collection and improving systems to track Project results; and (c) carrying out citizen engagement, Project communications, knowledge generation, and stakeholder coordination activities
Project Management and Monitoring and Evaluation. Provision of support for effective coordination and management of the Project at all levels of implementation and to establish an effective monitoring and evaluation system and create a learning environment for continuous improvement of the design of the Project and other agricultural growth interventions.
Project Management and Monitoring and Evaluation. Supporting Project management and implementation, including for fiduciary matters, environmental and social safeguards, procurement, communication, planning, audits, support to the relevant Project management support in each Participating Country and Regional Body, monitoring and evaluation, and Operating Costs.
Project Management and Monitoring and Evaluation. The provision of support in order to enable the technical and fiduciary competency of selected Project stakeholders, and thereby facilitate optimum Project implementation and coordination through: assistance rendering with the establishment and operationalization of the entire institutional setting for the Project; the elaboration, and ensuing use, of mechanisms to ensure the collection, analysis and dissemination of timely, complete and accurate information regarding Project inputs, outputs and outcomes with a view to enable the production of timely, user-friendly, decision-making feeding reports, including the development of a Results Framework for Project monitoring, evaluation and research; and assistance rendering to: (i) MOLT and its department of labor with respect to the development of a LMIS; and (ii) MOE and CTEVT for conducting tracer studies, curricula development, impact assessments, placement training, and selected other research activities in collaboration with other relevant ministries and training providers.
Project Management and Monitoring and Evaluation. 4.1. Supporting the PCMU’s Project management, reporting, supervision, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, and surveys and operations research, including: (a) technical support for procurement activities, financial management, and environmental and social sustainability activities; (b) learning and knowledge exchange; (c) monitoring and evaluation and impact evaluations; (d) capacity building related to NCD management; (e) surveys and operations research; and (f) institutionalizing a national excellence award in PHC.
4.2. Strengthening the Project monitoring and management capacity: (a) at MoH by procuring transport vehicles for MoH’s supervision of field activities and by procuring IT equipment; and (b) at MoF by technical assistance for the development of a monitoring and evaluation system for the Department of Project Management and Monitoring of the MoF and by procuring IT equipment to facilitate national level monitoring of the Project’s progress.
