Property Eligibility. A. All private development on City-owned property, or B. Public or private projects with total projects costs in excess of $5 million dollars, or C. Any public or private projects seeking investment from the City’s Affordable Housing Fund.
Property Eligibility. The Covered Property must be a single-family home, townhome, or condominium (including manufactured housing, which much be anchored to a permanent foundation and not moved during the duration of this Service Agreement) under 5,000 square feet. If this Service Agreement is for a duplex, triplex, or fourplex dwelling, for coverage to apply to common systems and appliances, then every unit within such dwelling unit must be covered by Our Service Agreement. If this Service Agreement is for a property within a multiple unit of 5 or more dwellings, then only items contained within the confines of each individual property are covered. Common systems and appliances are excluded. Built-in Microwave; Dishwasher (built-in only); Garbage disposal; Range/oven/cooktop (Gas or electric; built-in or free-standing); and Trash compactor (built-in only). Parts and components including racks, baskets, rollers, door seals, interior linings, rotisseries, clocks, lighting, handles and knobs, and removable buckets, except: LIMITATIONS: WE WILL PAY NO MORE THAN $2,500 IN THE AGGREGATE DURING THE COVERAGE PERIOD FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A KITCHEN APPLIANCE, REFRIGERATOR WITH ICEMAKER OR WASHER/DRYER. PLUMBING SYSTEM- Leaks and breaks of water, drain, gas, waste or vent lines, except if caused by freezing or roots; Fixtures and cartridges, faucets, shower heads and shower arms (replaced with chrome builders’ standard), interior hose bibs, toilets of similar quality ($500 limit on toilets); Toilet wax seal rings; Instant hot water dispensers; Valves for shower, tub, and diverter angle stops, rinses and gate valves; Permanently installed interior sump pumps (used for storm water only); Built-in bathtub whirlpool motor and pump assemblies; Stoppages/clogs, including hydro jetting, within 125’ of access point; Polybutylene piping ($1,000 limit per Coverage Period); and Main line stoppages if a ground level clean out is available.   • Benefit Eligibility For purposes of the Benefit Plan entitlement, common-law and same sex relationships will apply as defined.

  • Continuing Eligibility To continue health benefits, a permanent intermittent employee must be credited with a minimum of 480 paid hours in a control period or 960 paid hours in two consecutive control periods.

  • Student Eligibility The LEA and POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION shall qualify and advise candidates for dual credit from the pool of eligible high school students. A candidate for dual credit is eligible for consideration for fall, spring, and summer semesters if he or she: a. is enrolled during the fall and spring in a LEA in one-half or more of the minimum course requirements approved by PED for public school students under its jurisdiction or by being in physical attendance at a bureau of Indian education-funded high school at least three documented contact hours per day pursuant to 25 CFR 39.211(c); b. obtains permission from the LEA representative (in consultation with the student’s individualized education program team, as needed), the student’s parent or guardian if the student is under 18 years old, and POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION representative prior to enrolling in a dual credit course; and c. meets POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION requirements to enroll as a dual credit student.

  • Dependent Eligibility For all programs covered in this article, eligible dependents are an employee’s lawful spouse or domestic partner (as defined by Section 297 of the California Family Code), and unmarried children (natural, step, adopted, legal guardianship, and/or xxxxxx) of the employee or domestic partner, who are qualified IRS dependents of the employee or domestic partner, up to twenty-three (23) years of age. Disabled dependents may be able to continue coverage beyond the limiting age if the disability occurred while the dependent was covered under a County-sponsored medical plan or prior to the dependent’s 19th birthday, and is certified by a licensed physician.

  • Overtime Eligibility An Employee must work at least fifteen (15) minutes beyond their normal shift before being eligible for overtime compensation.

  • Holiday Eligibility Except as otherwise provided in this Article, an employee must be in a paid status during any portion of the working day immediately preceding or succeeding the holiday to be paid for the holiday. Employees in the bargaining unit who are not normally assigned to duty during the Christmas and Spring Recess periods shall be paid for those holidays occurring during those periods provided that they were in a paid status during any portion of the working day of their normal assignment immediately preceding or succeeding the holiday period.

  • Member Eligibility Verify Member eligibility contemporaneous with the rendering of services. BCBS will provide systems and/or methods for verification of eligibility and benefit coverage for Members. This is furnished as a service and not as a guarantee of payment;

  • Program Eligibility The COUNTY shall provide eligibility determination for those persons applying for home repair under this Agreement by using the following factors: 1. The applicant is a resident of the CITY; and 2. The total income for all members of the applicant’s household does not exceed 80% of the median income of the Kansas City metropolitan area, as determined by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; and 3. The applicant is the homeowner and must have occupied the property as a primary residence for at least six (6) months; 4. The property to be repaired is within the corporate limits of the CITY; and 5. When required, medical need will be substantiated and documented.

  • Contribution Eligibility You are eligible to make a regular contribution to your Xxxx XXX, regardless of your age, if you have compensation and your MAGI is below the maximum threshold. Your Xxxx XXX contribution is not limited by your participation in an employer-sponsored retirement plan, other than a Traditional IRA.

  • S-3 Eligibility (i) At the time of filing the Registration Statement and (ii) at the time of the most recent amendment thereto for the purposes of complying with Section 10(a)(3) of the Securities Act (whether such amendment was by post-effective amendment, incorporated report filed pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act or form of prospectus), the Company met the then applicable requirements for use of Form S-3 under the Securities Act, including compliance with General Instruction I.B.1 of Form S-3.
