Proportionate Leave on Termination of Service. If the Employee lawfully terminates his or her employment or the Employee’s employment is lawfully terminated after four weeks of service in any 12 monthly period, the Employee will receive 11.69 hours of pay for each completed 4 week period of service with the Employer.

Proportionate Leave on Termination of Service. Any employee who lawfully leaves their employment, except for neglect of duty or misconduct, shall be paid out any annual leave accrued as per subclause (a) above for each month of continuous service.
