Proportionate payment on termination. If after one month’s continuous service an employee leaves the employment or the employment is terminated by the Company, the employee shall be paid subject to the provisions of 9.1 of this Schedule for each completed week of continuous service worked of which leave has not been granted under this clause, 2.923 hours’ ordinary pay; calculated in accordance with the provisions of 21.12 hereof.
