Proportionate payment on termination. When an employee leaves or is terminated by the employer during the course of any qualifying twelve month period, after at least one month of such service, proportionate payment shall be made at the appropriate rate of wage prescribed by clause 14.7 at 2.93 hours for each complete week of continuous service.
Proportionate payment on termination. 27.12.1 If, after one week's continuous service of five working days in their first twelve monthly qualifying period, an employee lawfully leaves their employment or their employment is terminated by the employer through no fault of the employee, the employee shall be paid 2.923 hours for each 38 ordinary hours worked at their ordinary rate of wage and such other payments, on a pro rata basis, to which they would have been entitled under this Agreement.
27.12.2 After the completion of the first qualifying twelve month period an employee who leaves their employment or whose employment has been terminated for any reason shall be paid 2.923 hours for each 38 ordinary hours worked at their ordinary rate of wage and such other payments, on a pro rata basis, to which they would be entitled under this Agreement.
Proportionate payment on termination. If the employment of a Team Member who has not taken an amount of accrued annual leave ends at a particular time, the Team Member’s untaken accrued leave must be paid at a rate that is no less than the Team Member’ basic periodic rate of pay at that time.
Proportionate payment on termination. If in any qualifying twelve-monthly period of employment an employee leaves their employment or their employment is terminated by the Employer, the Employer shall pay to the employee an amount equal to one-twelfth (1/12) of their ordinary pay for the period of service, in respect of which leave has not been granted in accordance with this clause.

Where an employee lawfully leaves their employment or their employment is terminated by the employer, the employee shall be paid annual leave on a pro rata basis of 2.923 hours for each 38 ordinary hours worked at their ordinary rate of wage and such other payments, on a pro rata basis, to which they would have been entitled under this agreement.
Proportionate payment on termination. Upon termination an employee will be paid all leave accrued at a rate of 2.9231 hours for each 38 ordinary hours worked up to and including the date of termination.

After the completion of the first qualifying twelve-monthly period an employee who leaves his/her employment or whose employment has been terminated for any reason shall be paid 3.08 hours for each forty ordinary hours worked prior to the beginning of the first pay period to commence on or after 15 December 1982 and after that date 2.923 hours for each thirty-eight ordinary hours worked at his/her ordinary rate of wage and such other payments on a pro rata basis, to which he/she would be entitled under subclause (j) of this clause.
Proportionate payment on termination. Proportionate payment shall be made to an employee on weekly hiring who after one month of continuous service in the first qualifying twelve-monthly period:-
