Your personal information will be collected, used and disclosed only for the purpose of providing you with the insurance services you requested. In the event of a claim, MSH Assistance and the insurer may collect your personal health information held by a third party. This information may be released to employees of MSH Assistance and the insurer for claims analysis and to better serve you. In no case will the insurer release this information to any person or organization that is not clearly entitled to it without first seeking your consent.
