Qualifications of Personnel. The Nurse supplied by BAYADA will be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who will hold a current license, registration or certification to practice in the State of New Jersey, and will provide services pursuant to the applicable state laws.
Qualifications of Personnel. All Maintenance of Transmission Facilities under the ISO’s Operational Control shall be performed by persons who, by reason of training, experience and instruction, are qualified to perform the task.

All personnel providing services under this Agreement shall be properly qualified to render the services and if licensure or certification is required to render the services, the person shall be duly licensed or certified. All services will be provided in accordance with Medicare requirements and accepted standards of care. The nursing home shall ensure that criminal background checks, Office of Inspector General Exclusion Checks, and National Sex Offender Registry checks have been completed on all nursing home employees who have direct patient contact and that criminal background checks, Office of Inspector General Exclusion checks have been completed on all nursing home employees who have or access to patient records in order to comply with Medicare regulations. It is the responsibility of the nursing home to ensure that criminal background checks have been completed according to applicable state requirements. In the absence of State requirements, criminal background checks must be obtained within three months of the date of employment for all states that the individual has lived or worked in the past three years. The nursing home will make such records available to Hospice if requested in writing.

The State and the Technical Expert acknowledge that the minimum qualifications below establish only minimum levels of qualification that may not be appropriate for all projects. Qualifications of Personnel. (i) Provider represents that it is an approved occupational and behavioral therapy agency as required by the State of New Jersey for related services pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:14-5.1 and N.J.A.C. 6A:2-5.2.

Qualifications of Personnel. The personnel that perform the functions delegated to the Agency in paragraph 1 hereof shall each have no less than one year of experience as a building code inspector or manufactured housing installation inspector.
Qualifications of Personnel. (A) NAME OF XX is a key person who is essential to performing the Services or producing or creating deliverables, as provided in Section 4(A) below (the “Deliverables”). In the event she terminates her relationship with Consultant, 3ie, at its sole discretion, may terminate this Contract immediately without any obligation to compensate Consultant for any Services or Deliverables not performed or completed at time of such termination. If 3ie chooses not to terminate this Contract, she shall be replaced by an individual satisfactory to 3ie. 3ie reserves the right to review the qualifications of personnel selected by Consultant to perform Services or produce or create Deliverables. At 3ie’s request at any time, Consultant agrees to remove from the performance of Services or the production or creation of Deliverables any person who, in 3ie’s sole opinion, is unacceptable or uncooperative, or who is not qualified to perform Services or produce or create Deliverables or who has performed Services or produced or created Deliverables in an unsatisfactory manner. Consultant also agrees to provide promptly a qualified replacement for any person so removed who is satisfactory to 3ie. 3ie shall not be required to pay for training such replacement.
Qualifications of Personnel. All of the Services required hereunder will be performed by the Consultant or under its supervision and all personnel engaged in the work shall be fully qualified and shall be authorized or permitted under State law to perform such services.
